New Era 100 speakers. Alexa is set up ok if I ask it a question. But it won't play BBC sounds, or Apple Music. I can play both through the App, but I'd really like to just ask the speakers to open BBC sounds without going through the app. Ditto music through Apple. Everything is linked per set up instructions. As it's both BBC and Apple I suspect the issue is with Sonos, but I may be wrong. Any thoughts or suggestions gratefully received. Thanks.

Have you added both BBC Sounds and Apple Music to Alexa from within the Alexa app? You will need to, and they must be the same accounts that you have already added to Sonos.
