Sorry to hear you’re having this trouble. I recommend you turn your WiFi router off for at least 30 seconds, then turn it back on, wait about 5 minutes, then try things one more time. You may need to reboot the speaker one more time after doing this.
If you still have problems after this, I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.
