Hi Eveyone, I have a setup consisting of a Sonos Beam, a Sub Mini, and an ERA 100. I just bought an additional ERA 100 to create a Sound Around system. Everything works correctly over Wi-Fi. However, when I try to connect one of the ERA 100 to my iPhone or Mac via Bluetooth, it's impossible.Before setting up Sound Around, it was possible. I follow the procedure by holding down the Bluetooth button, but nothing happens, I cannot pair the ERA 100 with my laptop or phone. I repeated the operation with my other ERA 100, but it's also impossible. It seems impossible from now to connect a single ERA 100 via bluetooth. Do you have any idea how to solve this problem?Thank you. 

Why does your platform not shuffle all, in any of your tabs?  This has been driving me mad for ages. This makes no sense and even when you have the opportunity to shuffle in a playlist, invariably it never plays all the playlist and will repeat songs already played? It’s a great product, but the app falls short of allowing you listening pleasure of play all? Please sort this out. In this era, your app is not capable of understanding the simple command of play all, unless it’s a playlist and even then it fails on occasion. 

I am trying to find radio stations by country, and cannot restrict the results in any way. It’s not feasible to scroll thru thousands of entries which have to discernible sequencing. 

Hi,I currently have a Sonos Beam 1 and an LG TV which does not transpose DTS from the PS5\4k Blu Ray Play to the Beam due to licencing issues with LG. I was looking at a splitter with audio extraction like the one below: HDMI eARC Matrix Switch 4x2 for soundbar - FeinTech Will this work? I am downgrading Atmos to 5.1 which I am happy with at the moment until I buy an arc but finding it frustrating that when I play a 4k Blu Ray that only has DTS I am getting Stereo 2.0 through to the soundbar due to the limitations on the LG TV. Hopefully the Feintech will fix my issue but just want to check with the group.Thanks all

I would like some advice about matching my old  sonos play 3 speaker unit system to my newly installed era 100 set up

My Play 1 alarm has been set for a week for a radio station to come on. It worked fine all week then chimed one morning and each morning since. It’s connected to the WiFi and plays normally with no issues. 

My Play 5 (Gen1) died and I replaced it with an Era 300 which means I had to upgrade my entire system (10 other sonos units) from S1 to S2.  I have 2 main issues since upgrade to S1: 1) the various sonos units appear and disappear from the S2 app randomly.  They may show up on the Sonos window app and not on the iphone app.  They may be playing music but not show up at all on the iphone mobile app.  Sometimes I will get them all into a group and then they will de-group themselves.  2) When I do get all the sonos units grouped together and playing a song, the music will randomly drop and then rejoin from different units multiple times during the playing of a song, almost like someone is flicking an on/off switch to various units throughout the house during the song.The S1 setup ran flawlessly for years and I have not changed anything on the wifi/router setup, just updated from S1 to S2.Does anyone have a solution or advise?Thanks!!

I was able to link Spotify and Voice Assistant Alexa through the Alexa App. However, I can’t play Spotify through “Alexa, play __ in Spotify”. It will respond, “Ok Playing...”, but then there’ll be nothing playing. I found a Sonos support page to try to disable Sonos Skill in Alexa and then re-enable it again. I tried that, but after click on Enable, I get this error from Sonos API page: Register your speakersYou need to link speakers to your _____ Sonos account before you can add this skill. But I have already linked my speakers to my Sonos account and I can see it on the Sonos app.  Sonos Era 100

Hey there,I just moved to a new flat inside of a single family home and they share the internet by having some kind of mesh network with a main router in the basement and LAN-connected routers serving as satellites on each floor. Every router has a different name but they all share the same password.I have a Beam Gen 2, and I can‘t get it to connect with the router on my floor. I only get to the point where it lets me enter the password of my satellite router, but it wont connect to it. LAN or Wifi connection to the main router is not possible because it is in the basement and we are on the second floor. I would like to stick with a wifi connection, since a LAN connection to the satellite router would be quite tricky to do.Any ideas?

Hi, I’ve recently bought a Sonos One, and I have been using the Google Assistant to set my alarm for the morning as part of a routine command. It sets the alarm, but it is waaay to quiet for the alarm to actually work and wake me up. Is there a way to set the alarm volume (from the google home) independtly, or at least make it louder?

So I currently have a Sonos soundbar and sub with two Sonos ones for surround sound. I also have a record player with preamp and powered bookcase speakers (so no need for an amp) If I were to replace the powered speakers with two passive speakers and the Sonos amp, would the amp then be able to cast the sound not just to the two passive speakers but to the whole separate soundbar/sub/one system? Or would I need to connect the soundbar/sub with wires to get this functionality?

When streaming from Deezer tracks are abrubtly cutting out five (5) seconds before they end. This is consistent and not a product of network drop out (network can’t conveniently drop out at random intervals to match track length).Results in 5 seconds dead space as track continues to silently play to the end before the next track begins.Cross fade is off.Noticably worse over the past three (3) months.Any advice would be greatly appreciated.System: 2 x Play1, Play 3, Playbar, Sub & Roam.

I want to give away my old Playbar. So, I want to delete it from my account.

A few days ago I have asked why my Deezer familly on Sonos was adding commercials to the premium whereas I m already paying to have no commercial with the family account . Someone answered I should make sur to add each member of the family. Even if I didn't understand why suddenly doing that it wouldn't add commercial, I did so. Did this solve the issue ...the answer is No. I'm still getting this leady asking me to upgrade. I only have this when I'm listening to my Sonos. Not with something else.

When I bought my Playbar years ago, I had to turn off the sound from the TV to stop a slight echo effect. I am now having sound issues, with the sound dropping occasionally. I want to disconnect the Playbar and turn back on the TV’s sound to see if it is the Playbar or the TV that is having the issue, but I can’t remember where the setting is in the Samsung menu. Does anyone know how to do that?

But Sonos/S2 can’t find 6 out of my 7 products, even after using all the usual troubleshooting tips in the links above Seems like the products are stuck in limboI’m tempted to do a factory reset and start from zero, but I read an article advising against this.And the last thing I want is to call Sonos support. Didn’t have a good experience a few months ago.Any ideas?

I'm planning to hang my rear speakers Sonos sl one on the wall, approximately 3 feet away from the sofa. Is this distance suitable for achieving optimal sound quality, and is it advisable to mount them high on the wall for better surround sound experience? Any recommendations on the ideal placement for optimal audio enjoyment would be appreciated!"

I have a new broadband router and supplier today, so all of my Sonos products have gone offline. I have tried to reconnect but none of the Sonos products will accept my WIFI password when it comes to the final connection.  I have connected 2 mobile phones, a Mac, a Laptop, a Remarkable and an iPad and the wifi password has worked on every one of them.  I ave tried and retried this same password on my Sonos products, I’ve put the password as visible so that I can check and double check it, but it simply will not connect to the network. WTF am I doing wrong?

The Que will not accept songs

 Why, when I go to Apple Music -> Playlist -> Favorite Songs, do I see an empty list? This happens both on the mobile app and on PC. 

I have 5 speakers.  2 plays, 2 ones, and a roam that I just purchased.  We moved and I changed the name of my speakers.  Now I have the old speaker names listed as devices on Alexa and there is no ability to delete under settings.  These names do not appear on Sonos system or Alexa.amazon.com devices.  But in the Alexa app the 4 duplicate speakers , the serial numbers are different/incorrect for these devices.  I’ve disabled the Sonos skill, logged out and deleted/reinstalled the Alexa app.They are still there!additionally all of my speakers have duplicates with the current name in the Alexa app — one with a speaker icon and one with a WiFi/spotify icon,Thanks for your help.

Hi, I have a home theater where surrounds are through Sonos amp.  the amp is connected to sonos ceiling speakers.  The music sounds like coming through transistor radio.  Quality is not good.  I have it set to full.  Ambient doesn’t sound much better.  other parts are sonos playbar and sub.  Any thoughts?

What the f*^# is going on with Sonos Radio Station playlists? Two or three songs into a Sonos Radio Station playlist is a off-genre, profanity filled song from some Adult or Rap music playlist. This has occurred recently while listening to Coffee House Acoustic, Light Jazz Coffee House, Smooth Jazz, and other Sonos Radio stations. I’m not easily offended, but I’m glad the grandkids haven’t been around to hear it. May I suggest you get s^*# together, or I’ll take my business elsewhere.   

Sometimes when I ask my Echo Dot Alexa located in the Kitchen to play a station on the Kitchen Sonos 5, she answers, "Station playing in Kitchen" on my Sonos Move in another room on the other side of the house. The station does play on the Sonos 5 in the Kitchen. The same thing will happen if I ask her about the weather or time. This is annoying because we can't hear her response.I tried logging out of both Sonos and Alexa, resetting my router, updating Sonos, cycling power and even changing my Amazon password. I also have a Sonos 3 in the Bedroom and a Connect:Amp in the Living Room. I've installed Sonos Voice Control on my Sonos Move. My setup worked fine for about a year and just started this problem about 2 months ago.

I have been running this Sonos setup for years and it’s been fine. This is a relatively new problem.Symptom: when I browse through the Sonos UI into “Music Library” and try to see items in any category (Artists, Albums, Genres...) I get “No selections are available.” I have had this problem before. Last time it went away by itself after an hour or so. This time it has persisted for some hours. Original post here.I am able to play Spotify, so the Sonos system is connected and working--at least mostly.The next logical supposition would be that something is wrong with the NAS device where my music files reside. No sign of a problem there, however. I ran diagnostics on the Synology hard drives just yesterday, and they are fine. Furthermore, from my Windows 11 desktop I can browse to the same NAS fileshare that Sonos is configured to use, and all the files are there, visible on the network.
