Hi,

I have a setup Projector Optoma ZK400 + Era 300 + PS5.

There’s no TV or PC in the setup.

PS5 cannot be connected to Era300.

How can i play the sound of the PS5 in Era300?

You can input audio to Era300 via bluetooth or cabled analogue connection via Sonos audio-usb c adapter.
Airplay also would be possible, but only with Apple devices as source.
So take a look at the ps or the projector, if they support bluetooth audio out or analogue audio out.

But be aware that analogue line in will cause at least a 75ms delay between audio and video. Bluetooth might work better, but for a guaranteed in sync experience you will need a Sonos home theater device with digital input.
