I trying to use Trueplay for my arc+sub3+ones setup and am consistently getting noice error even thought there is pin drop silence. I tried with older generation (5th,6th and 7th) ipads and it worked fine. Please help me fixing issue

Would be great to get more album info and ordering in Apple Music service, and possibly display while playing a song. If I want to find latest release for an artist or when a song is from,  I usually have to go elsewhere then come back and scroll around in the Sonos app. I’d rather stay in app.

Hi Team! I rented a Sonos Five for a few months on Grover and was very happy with it.Now I purchased my own device and I ran into the following problem which is quite detrimental to the experience.This applies to the Spotify Listening, which I always use via the Spotify App on my Android Phone. Before, I could always control the volume from wherever I am.Now I cannot control the volume unless I am currently in the Spotify or Sonos app.If I change the volume when the phone is locked or I am outside the Spotify or Sonos app, it just controls the phone ringtone volume.So every time I have to adjust the volume, i need  to unlock the phone, open one of the 2 apps, and control the volume. this does take up a lot of time because i need to adjust the volume very frequently. I already adjusted the settings as shown in the following articles

Hi, Hoping some wise folk can help out before I completely lose my mind! For no apparent reason (same wifi, no changes etc), my Sonos system stopped connecting on my iPhone. For a period it was still working on my wife’s Pixel.But after trying to unplug & reset the router and add the components again it then stopped working on hers too. I have since tried multiple times to add the system again. When I attempt, it asks me to add each speaker individually. Beginning with a One, it plays the pairing chime, green and white light flashes and then goes to “connecting…..” where ultimately I get a “please try again later” message. Here’s my gear:2x Sonos One SL Sonos Beam (the beam still works through the TV and we can airplay through the Spotify app) Sonos Port (which has been unplugged/out of action a while as I moved my turntable) Sonos Move Sonos RoamI have Sky WiFi with the standa

When browsing the Sirius XM -  All Live Channels within the Sonos App, it’s not showing the song title and artist.  It has been a feature within the app for years, and now it’s gone.  Is there a fix?

Very often now when I open up Sonos and browse into my music library I see no content. It just says “no selections available.” I have reported this problem on the forum twice before without achieving a clear resolution, and the problem is becoming more frequent. To recap:Sonos system is up and running. It can play from Spotify. My music library is on a Synology NAS, where it has been for years. I ran Sonos for a long time without trouble. This problem started surfacing late last year and has become more frequent. No relevant messages appear in the error logs of either Sonos or Synology. The first thing I check is always whether the music file share from Synology is actually accessible on the network. It always has been. I can browse to it from my Windows desktop and see all the files. I can log in to the Synology device portal with the credentials for the Sonos account I created there. No problem. It’s all working. The music files are there. 

In the Sonos Music Library Settings, I put in the correct path to a network folder, but it doesn't work. It asks for username and password. I put in my Microsoft account username (email address) and password. After about an hour of the spinning circle, it fails. No feedback. What can I do?The folder is shared correctly. I can access it using File Explorer. I don’t know why it isn’t working because I get no feedback, aside from saying it doesn’t work.I’ve had this problem before. I’m sure I can figure it out eventually. I’m just bored with it at the moment. This is almost the only thing about Sonos I don’t like.

trying to update my sonos speaker to update my music libary for my nas drive saying path not found but will play on my computer but wont let me update any music ive put onto my nas drive im using windows 10 on a desktop computer

I have 4 rooms where I want individual alarms … but the alarms overlap each other in the timespan needed. Not possible or…? Does alarm 1 have to end before alarm 2 can start - and so on?

Today my SONOS devices are visible from my Windows PC, but not my iPhone or iPad.   This was working on Thursday.  I have rebooted my Apple devices and no change.  All devices are at:Sonos OS: S2Version: 16.1 (build 78151070)

There are various idiosyncrasies I’ve noticed with adding music to my Sonos library, but nothing that I haven’t managed to figure out eventually. However, I’m not able to find a detailed “drilldown” on how Sonos music library indexing works. There might be detailed information in here...somewhere...but a search on the topic only yields problems that people have with adding music.If anyone has details to share, I would love a deeper understanding of how things work under the cover. 

In the last week, I noticed that my Sonos music library is incomplete and missing items on the PC app. I re-scan the drive and it all reappears only to disappear after the next overnight scanning. I re-scan and all the items reappear etc. Also, on my iPhone on “My Sonos” main page for the mobile app I can see many items but when I pick them, I get a message similar to “items not available” etc though I don’t have the proper language as I just completed a re-scan.. All my speakers are Sonos Moves though that would have nothing to with these issues..

Does anyone know how to make shortcuts or presets, specifying speakers, source and sound levels in the Sonos S2 app? 

I have a Buffalo Linkshare 4TB drive.  Sonos V1 accepted the drive and loaded all the files into the music library with no issue.  When I try to set up Sonos V2 to access it for the music library, I get an error about 5-10 minutes into it that the drive is no longer available.    V1 has no issues indexing it, but V2 seems to throw this error.  Help, please!

haven't had my music library indexed on SONOS for a few years,  decided to get rid of iTunes match and download my catalogue onto a hard drive and run it from that.  I have loads of records that aren't on streaming platforms so wanted them available on my system. All music is download now on the hard drive, tested it and works, and I have added the hard drive to the Sonos controller no issue. However when I try and index the files it shows the wheel thinking about indexing then it disappears pretty much immediately.  The files are M4A files which are apprently supported, as per the SONOS website. Any ideas as to why nothing is appearing and the indexing doesn’t do anything?  

Not all of my Spotify playlists are appearing in Sonos. Saw older inquiries and suggestions, such as deleting Spotify from my Sonos and reinstalling. This hasn’t helped.  please help 🎶

Both on my iPhone and my Macs today, once upgraded to the new app ver 16.1, Sonos OS S2, Build 78151030, Sonos ID 119903290, Amazon Music displays A through S.  Nothing more.Note: Amazon music displays fine on my BlueSound Node App, A - Z.Any help getting this resolved?

Hi there,My Live Phish App does not work on Sonos in the evenings, but when we try in in the mornings it works.

I have a Sonos One SL connected to my Apple MacBook Pro via AirPlay. When I play audio from Pandora, Youtube, or Sirius the audio drops out for 1-2 seconds every 2-10 minutes.  Does anyone have any troubleshooting tips? Thanks!

Can somebody please advise on whether I can get Sonos/Spotify playing nicely with the Samsung Family Hub (runs on Samsung’s Tizen O/S I believe)? The Spotify App runs on Tizen on the fridge. It can see Amazon firesticks and Amazon speaker devices as things that it can play to (apart from being able to play on the fridge speaker itself). Whether I run the Google or Alexa voice assistants on the Sonos speakers I have, I cannot get it to see the Sonos speakers though. I have a Move and a One. From some desktop research, it looks like Samsung may only support the Sonos speakers through a Hub/Bridge, which is not possible to use as I’m on S2. Is there any way round this? My desired outcome is to be able to change the Spotify music on the fridge, outputting the music to the Sonos speakers (as a group - the two speakers are at different ends of a long room).

Hi,About a year ago I posted this: At the time it was stated that Sonos knew there was a problem with Music Libraries which were hosted on a drive connected by USB to a router. But there was ‘no timeframe’ for a fix.It looks like this is still an issue. I’ve just had to set up a new router and when I’ve pointed the Sonos towards the location of the new library it’s crashed the Sonos. Is this being worked on?

Hey, Everytime I try to view Spotify or Soundcloud in my Services it says cannot connect. I have deleted and re-installed the app. Rebooted the speaker and the wifi but still not working :(. It works fine on the mobile app and I need to use this app to browse and select and then it updates on the mac app.
