Hallo zusammen, stelle seit einigen Tagen fest, dass ich keine Sender mehr zu "Mein Sonos" hinzufügen kann! Habe es mit unterschiedlichen Radiodiensten versucht, wie z.B. TuneIn und Radioplayer. Es kommt immer die Meldung "Sender kann nicht zu Mein Sonos hinzugefügt werden". Habe daraufhin einige Sender aus "Mein Sonos" entfernt, weil ich dachte, es liegt am Speicherplatz - hat leider nichts gebracht. Die gleiche blöde Meldung! Leider sagt die Fehlermeldung nicht, woran es liegen könnte. Hat jemand auch das Problem und/oder weiss, wie man es lösen kann? Freue mich auf Infos dazu! Viele Grüße aus Norddeutschland!

Is it just me, or has Sonos Radio “Rock Pantheon” disappeared?

Good morning,When I listen to albums from my music library I click to launch them and then the application shuts down and restarts, this is each time I launch the application for the first time of the day on the Windows desktop.Then I noticed there on the Android phone application, that if I select a Radio from Sono Radio which is systematically a favorite on each first launch it will launch me the last radio that I listened to while I click of course on a different radio.Thank you in advance for your assistanceActarus Moderator Note: Modified in accordance with the Community Code of Conduct - mention of Beta program

Recently moved an audio system to run off the sonos port. Have 7 in total. We have a playlist from apple music of around 350 songs (about 22 hours) and the sonos keeps stopping before the playlist ends. The sonos settings are on repeat and shuffle. I am at a loss to get this to keep playing. The goal is to have the music playing 24/7 streaming from the sonos. Checked in the apple music app and cannot find anything to set the list on repeat or change any settings like that. Any suggestions would be helpful.

I have 4 Play 1’s, a Boost and a Connect. Wife and I both have iPhones with the app. Her phone has no problem connecting and using the speakers. My phone says it can't connect to the system. When I go to trouble shoot it says it says it see all of my units but when I go through the steps to reconnect, it says it can't connect. Tried uninstalling and re-installing the app. No good. I love my speakers but I have more issues like this over the last couple years than I care to remember. Anyone have any ideas why my phone would have problems and not my wife's? Any solutions for a fix?

The solution is to use an app like HiFiCast.   Cast to 1 speaker and then use Sonos app to add other speakers.HiFiCast also supports .m3u playlists which iBroadcast sadly doesn't.  Also plays at full bitrate which is nice.

Hello. At some point this morning some kind of update has changed the way my Spotify playlists display within the Sonos app. I arrange my Spotify playlists in alphabetical using the Custom Order function, so they can reflect a large CD collection. Sonos used to mirror that, but now seems to be displaying them - I think - in the order they were last played, which is useless to me and makes the list unnavigable. Could this bug be fixed asap or a workaround suggested? I prefer to just control everything through the Sonos app rather than the Spotify app. Thank you

I have a playlist on Spotify that will not play on any of my Sonos speakers. Any suggestions?

I have a Play:5 and a Sonos:One, both in the same room, used to work just fine. Now, I cannot connect Sonos:1 (“not registered”) 

I have been listening to a streaming radio station for several years.  No problem with adding the station to MySonos.  The station appears but when I launch it to play, TuneIn plays 2 commercials and then the radio station goes silent.  This has been happening for a couple of months and I can’t figure out what is going on.  The Sonos OS is S2, V16.1.  Not sure where else to check.  My spotify account works just fine.  Thx for any help.

I’m trying to stream files from Windows Media Player to a new Beam Gen 2.  The server is serving files to other devices without issue on the local network, including  Denon receiver and a bluray player.  I have rebooted the Beam, and I have optimized the wireless to the extent that I can.The error is “An error occurred while adding track to the queue (701).Amazon prime music is working fine on the Beam.  It is my understanding Sonos supports FLAC files.

Hi all,I had Spotify working via SVC on my Roam perfectly. I added an Era 100 today. Now all my Spotify commands returns ‘I can’t find that content’, on both my Roam and Era.Weirdly enough if I just ask it to ‘play some music’ it has no trouble playing Spotify content from my discover weekly list. Even telling me so when I ask it what’s playing.I already tried the following:I already deleted my Spotify link. Deleted the Spotify app + deleted my Spotify link & reinstalled/relinked Reseted the Sonos appAnyone has any other ideas? Specifically got the Era 100 now it finally supports Spotify. Planning to upgrade all my one’s

I find the Sonos App not to my liking. I would prefer to operate directly from the Apple Music App. I can get to my Sonos Move albeit not consistent but my main systek si not seen by Air Play. Arc, Sonos One Gen 2, Sub Gen 3.

Connection to iPad keeps dropping on wifi

I’m using Android s2 and both the app and Android have the correct versions. Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn’t help. The app loses connection to the system, but both my MacBook and iPad s2 apps have no problem with it. After I shut my Android down for the night everything is fine the next morning, but it’s all gone by the middle of the day. Support tells me to reboot the router, but if that was the problem why do the iPad and Macbook work? I think the s2 app has a caching problem with the central server, since I notic it loses my recently played list before things go SouthI’m very unhappy with SONOS support.

Hi all, I want to buy a Samsung Galaxy S24 but first I need to find out if something is possible.As described here: I have a SONOS Five​​​​​​ connected to WiFi.I know that some phones don’t let me control the SONOS volume unless I am currently in the Spotify or Sonos app. But Ideally, I could always control the SONOS Volume with the hardware buttons (even when it’s locked, for example)I know this problem doesn’t apply to iPhone.Can anybody w a Samsung S24 take one minute to test this out for me?I’d be eternally grateful. More details: Here’s the problem that I am facing with some other Android Devices:If I change the volume when the phone is locked or I am outside the Spoti

I work in a boutique fitness studio and when we try to play a spotify station, there will always be ads that play. The owner says this shouldnt be an issue because we are paying for premium. Is there a way to stop these ads when playing a station on spotify?  

A key selling point for my Sonos ecosystem purchase was changed with the S2 update and it still bugs the * out of me. The 1st time I experienced Sonos was at a friend's during a big BBQ. He usually asks me to play music and wanted to show me his new system. So I downloaded the app, logged into his Sonos and saw the currently playing playlist and he showed me how to add to it. With the S1 app, when adding songs I was able to see MY Spotify library (favorites/playlists, etc.) which was amazing cuzz I didn't have to search for songs that I wanted to add to the queue. Once the S2 app was released, in the same scenario when I'm at his house, on his network, when trying to add songs to the Sonos queue, I can only see HIs Spotify library (which is nowhere near as extensive as mine) and make it a PIA to contribute to the queue. This happens at all friends houses with Sonos system since the S2 app release. PLEASE REVERT THAT CHANGE!!! *Moderator Note: Modified

Has anyone else had this issue? I’m setting up a One SL speaker that I haven't used in about a year. It wont show up on my Sonos account nor can the app find it(I’m on new wifi so the speaker is confused lol). Customer service had me reboot the speaker and restart the app so its as if I’m setting up a new product. Each of the three customer service reps I spoke to asked me to click the button that says something like “Setup new system” but the only option on the screen says “Join existing system,” which obviously doesn’t work since I’ve just wiped my speaker clean. I have factory reset my speaker, restarted my phone, updated my phone, uninstalled/reinstalled my sonos app a million times, and even tried the older version of the app. But every time I end up right at the page that only says “Join existing system.” Someone help!

Can’t browse music on can since yesterday. Think the new update caused an issue.
