S2 App - Unable to set up

Has anyone else had this issue? I’m setting up a One SL speaker that I haven't used in about a year. It wont show up on my Sonos account nor can the app find it(I’m on new wifi so the speaker is confused lol). Customer service had me reboot the speaker and restart the app so its as if I’m setting up a new product. Each of the three customer service reps I spoke to asked me to click the button that says something like “Setup new system” but the only option on the screen says “Join existing system,” which obviously doesn’t work since I’ve just wiped my speaker clean. I have factory reset my speaker, restarted my phone, updated my phone, uninstalled/reinstalled my sonos app a million times, and even tried the older version of the app. But every time I end up right at the page that only says “Join existing system.” Someone help!

You are sure there are no other Sonos systems or speakers on your network?

I’d hook the One SL to Ethernet for the setup process.

Reset the app. https://support.sonos.com/en-us/article/reset-the-sonos-app

Then do another Factory Reset (not usually recommended but probably good here)

Hopefully you will see the One SL and the setup a new system option.
