trying to update my sonos speaker to update my music libary for my nas drive saying path not found but will play on my computer but wont let me update any music ive put onto my nas drive im using windows 10 on a desktop computer

Is the NAS using SMBv2 or v3? If so this is a known issue. In that case the solution is to set the NAS to use SMBv1, at least for the indexing phase. If you’re concerned about security you can then revert to SMBv2/3 for normal playback.

Thanks for your reply as I am not that computer good were would I change the settings on the sonos or the  nas drive

Check your NAS drive’s forums on changing the settings in it.

Maybe someone here would be able to help if you shared the NAS make and model.

Thanks for the reply found the settings will try when I put more music on my nas drive
