Going out of my mind here folks !!Sonos speaker starts playing a Spotify playlist (much later) after I have left the house & WiFiCurrent hardware/software which is obviously always changing with updates:> Iphone 15 Pro> Spotify App and also desktop versions on Macbook Pro and Air. > Sonos (plenty of them around the house) w/ 1 continual offending culprit - Sonos Play 1Problem statement:Go in to home gym, utilize Iphone 15 Pro to play music from Spotify App to a specific Sonos Play 1. When done, sometimes I press pause on Spotify app, sometimes pause, close app, etc… regardless, music stops / pauses play. Sound is done etc.. gone.Leave the house in 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Sometimes play music with USB to Iphone and through Apple Car Play in Jeep. Make a few stops. Does anyone know why or how to alphabetize the individual songs contained in each playlist created?  Playlists can be alphabetized but when you’re playing a list you have to manually move them around which takes forever.

Does anyone read the comments on Google Play about how bad this app is? If these were cheap, as in price, I would have made a Youtube video showing how an un-satisfied customer takes a 10lb sledgehammer to unlistenable Sonos speakers.You guys don’t even reply to any of the comments, why? 

Really struggling to stream Apple Music using the Sonos app. I keep seeing “Unable to browse music - there was a problem connecting to Apple Music”. Though after several attempts I can get some of my albums to display. Then when I select an album to play the message reappears, or a couple of random tracks from the album might play.Problem occurs on Mac, iPad and iPhone. Only change to my system is new fibre modem installed last week. Router and WiFi network however are unchanged. All my other 20 networked items are behaving just fine.I’m at a loss as to what the issue might be. Any suggestions appreciated.

I have seen similar questions but still no satisfactory answer;  My setup is quite simple -Macbook Air M1 2020 running OS 14.1.1Sonos Play:3 and Play:1All Music on a single iTunes library //MacBook-Air-???/MusicOften when I go to play I receive a message “//MacBook…  is no longer available.  The device At first I thought this happened if the machine went into sleep mode when Sonos was playing but it just seems to happened regularly and randomly.  Often if I want to update the library.The problem started only after upgrading to the MacBook Air.  Never used to happen on my old machines.The only solution each time is to delete the library path and re-add the library.Can someone please help.  Driving me mad

I have had drop problems with KPIG (subscription radio station) for several years. I finally figured out a solution. I sign in on my KPIG browser app and then go to Sound output on my Mac Mini. There I choose a Sonos AirPlay speaker. Next, I go to my Sonos app and Play Everywhere. I can listen to KPIG 24/7 without a drop. 

I have a YouTube premium account but can't connect the service to my new sonos one SL.I’m using Samsung S20 android and all apps are up to date.When I select my existing Google account after I use the verification code it says "Success device connected" in Google but when I go back to the sonos app it says:"Connection error. There was a problem adding the YouTube music account. A connection to YouTube music could not be made"

Hello,I have 3x Sonos speakers; 1x Sonos Move and 2x Sonos One purchased around 2021. I have the speakers configured both in the Sonos app, as well as integrated into Apple Home. Primary use case for adding the speakers into Home was to be able to leverage Siri to play music in room that speaker resides. I have a music library I’ve been nursing along for 20 years. In those 20 years it has lived on a Windows machine, but 11 years ago I migrated to Mac, where it has been since. When the library is reindexed, there are some artists that show up with garbage names. Björk, in particular, but also artists like Ali Farka Touré, whose last name shows up as both “Touré” and “TouĀ(C)” (copyright symbol)Using mp3tag, I’ve examined files from Björk and “BjĀ(p)k” (paragraph symbol) side by side, and they all look fine there. The characters are also rendered correctly in VLC. ffprobe doesn’t show anything either. But the Sonos desktop app has split the album “Gling Gló” into two albums, one rendered correctly and the other looking like a squashed bug. So this is some kind of unicode / UTF-8 issue, either in the tags or in Sonos. Hi there - I’m currently trying to troubleshoot the following situation: I’m setting up an in-office Sonos system.  We have one shared network, and we’ve set up four Sonos Fives around the office.  I am the admin for this system, and it works fine.  Separately, I set up a single Era 300 for one specific office.  It’s assigned to a different system with a different account admin, but on the same network.If I log into my Sonos account, I only see the system that I own - the Sonos Fives - which is exactly what I want.  However, if I log into my Spotify, I can access the Era 300 and play through it.  I want to make sure that the Era 300 is not usable by anyone but the person who occupies the office/owns the system.  How do we accomplish this?

I use my Sonos Connect as a streamer connect to my Hifi, and I am currently using Amazon music as a music provider. The problem is that I cannot use the Amazon music app to select the music to stream through my Sonos Connect, I am forced to use the Sonos app; this is a serious limitation since in this way I cannot use most of the functionalities provided by the Amazon music app, which are useful in discovering new music. Do you know which HD music provider (e.g. tidal, deezer, etc.) would give me direct access thorugh their native app to my Sonos Connect streaming functionalities?Thanks a lot!

I use Sonos to listen to SiriusXM shows/episodes, and noticed a big change this week. I had to re-search for my show to find it again as I couldn’t just ‘browse’ for it like before (my favorite went away), and now when I play on-demand content I no longer get to see what song/artist is playing :( This is a big reason why I listen to SiriusXM via Sonos vs. the Alexa app (as Alexa can’t provide that information). Will this functionality be coming back? If not, I guess I’ll have to go back to using the SiriusXM app itself, but I certainly prefer using Sonos for many reasons. Also - SiriusXM finally restored skip forward/back for on-demand content in their apps - curious if this will be carried forward to the Sonos app as well?Really bummed of these changes - I’m sure it’s related to SiriusXM’s horrible app changes these past few months on all platforms. The QA testing was abysmal to say the least.

I keep my music library on a NAS device. I have many albums on there that were ripped from vinyl LPs. As a result the track names don’t include numbers that are needed to ensure that when I play an album it plays in the order the artist intended. Recently I have started to edit the track names to include numbers at the beginning - just as they are when ripped from a CD.  My problem is that the changes I have made are not appearing in the music library. If I look at the Folders view in the library all is well and my changes are there. If I navigate via Artist > Album > Tracks nothing has changed and when I play the album it still plays in alphabetical order.  What do I need to do to reflect the new track names in the library? I have tried deleting the share and re-adding it which had no effect. I have tinkered with the setting for track ordering, also to no effect. What else can I try?

Just fired up Sonos and went to stream Sirius.  Upon logging in I was asked to reauthorize my account. I did and now it only shows the channel and not the channel and song playing.  Please fix asap!! 

On such premium priced pieces of equipment it feels neglectful that Sonos doesn’t get its s*** together on the controller app and make it so we don’t have to play stupid games to access the Sonos playlists we’ve created as well as making it so the controls consistently show on my Lock Screen. Both are issues I’ve put time into understanding and trying to find work arounds for, both only work somewhere around 15-20% of the time This has been ongoing since I started using Sonos in 2015 which is absolutely obnoxious since I doubt either fix requires more than a little time from any of their average computer coders.  I know “adding a new song” to a Sonos playlist will make them reappear but, c’mon SONOS, is that really acceptable to yall?? I mean I’ve been singing you guys praises to everyone whenever talking about your equipment and prob got around $2k in your gear and you can’t even fix simple stuff to make our experience more enjoyable and seamless? So I just added 2 Era100 as surround speakers to my  Arc and Sub mini setup. I always stream music and films from my Xbox. Services like Disney will give me surround sound, no problem. Spotify however will not. I have no idea why. Surround will work if I stream Spotify directly from my Tv tu my phone. Thanks for your help. 

In the Sirius XM app, channels do not list. Favorites show and play, but the other channels do not list. I have rebooted the Sonos and the router. It is the same on all devices having the Sonos app. i sent diagnostics 1664276331

I have two play ones paired in the kitchen and a few time I have come home and they are playing music with no body in the house. It also has happened a few times where I have been there and they randomly start playing. It is only this paired play one’s doing it. If I select the speakers in the Sonos app I can see it is playing from Spotify and there is no queue for the tracks. I have then cancelled it playing. 

is anyone else experiencing a conflict between the Sonos signal and BBC Sounds?All other Chanels are working.

I have several Sirius On Demand categories favorited on Sonos. They no longer have episodes available. And when I browse through the Sonos app, On Demand is no longer an option. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Je ne sais pourquoi j’ai une nette différence entre la qualité du son provenant de l’application Spotify et celle issue de l’application sonos tuneln. Pourriez-vous me dire pourquoi et comment améliorer la qualité de Spotify donc ? Merci d’avance

We have been playing BBS Sounds through Sonos for a year or so with no problem whatsoever.  Then last week it started dropping out after a few minutes with a message ‘song not encoding correctly’.  Have rebooted router, reloaded BBC Sounds, no change.  Has anyone any ideas?
