is anyone else experiencing a conflict between the Sonos signal and BBC Sounds?

All other Chanels are working.

Apologies, but I’m not sure I understand. The only Sonos “signal” we could speak of would be SonosNet (basically WiFi created by the speakers), but that could not possibly interfere with a BBC signal as there isn’t one - it comes over the internet rather than being broadcast.

I assume you’re just having trouble playing BBC Sounds on your Sonos system? But other sources play without issue? Does this happen on both of your speakers, or only on one?

If you find it’s not just BBC Sounds that is affected, I recommend you take a look at our Reducing wireless interference help page - you may find the answer there.

On the other hand, if you find it is indeed just BBC Sounds that is affected, I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports, as there is no BBC issue reported on https://status.sonos.com/

I hope this helps.
