Hey, Everytime I try to view Spotify or Soundcloud in my Services it says cannot connect. I have deleted and re-installed the app. Rebooted the speaker and the wifi but still not working 😞. It works fine on the mobile app and I need to use this app to browse and select and then it updates on the mac app.

When you say ‘the WiFi’, do you mean your router? Have you rebooted the Mac itself? 
 

it might be helpful to know if this is S1 or S2, although I would recommend that you submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
