I cant find my sonos one system on sonos app however its showing on Spotify app? That I don’t understand 

Recently added to Era 100 to my system.  Since doing that I have had playback issues with my entire system.  Songs skip and more annoying failure to play the entire playlist.  Often recycles a few songs.  Any thoughts?

Trying to connect a Sonos One to a TalkTalk wireless network - it won’t connect and shows up as incompatible in the app - any suggestions ? 

I just installed a Google Nest Wifi.  I was able to connect my Beam and my Sub on wifi while on 2.4GZ and can connect to my Roam via Bluetooth.  I am having problems connecting my Move to the network despite the many attempts to factory reboot the Move.  I’ve rebooted my wifi router, updated my Sonos App on my iPhone and my Move is sitting 1 meter away from the router and my phone is right beside the Move.  The Move is showing a constant whtie light and now I can only turn it off and on and can’t even connect via Bluetooth, likely due to the numerous attempts to factory reboot the device.  As one else been able to connect their Move to a Googe Nest Wifi router?  I’ve read and tried all the suggested fixes to no avail.  Please help.

Hi I have a brand new Sonia arc, I managed to set the arc up on the app, once I did the update it is won’t connect - I have tried to reset to factory settings but it won’t - it is showing a blinking white light. I am unable to remove the device from my app as well. Can someone help? 

I have an S1 network in my house and it’s been working fine for a very long time.  Most of the existing speakers can be upgraded to S2, but frankly I don’t want to go through the headaches of it if I don’t have to.  I recently purchased new speakers (Play1 and a Ray) and have tried to set them up on the S2 app, I go through the set up and then they don’t show up.  I have access to them through a third party app (SonoPhone) but not S2.  On the S2 app the Account, System and Services are all greyed out.  I’d really like to get them working.  I’m super frustrated and tired of wasting all this time going around in circles.  I’ve tried unplugging/plugging in, resetting my router, I have them plugged directly into my router.  If anyone could offer assistance that would be great.Thanks!

Hello, I have a stereo pair of ERA 100s. While the system does not have any hiccups when I use the S2 app, sometimes I want to connect via bluetooth to play something like a video or audio files that I can’t do through the app.  I’ve noticed when using bluetooth, occasionally I get a brief cutout of audio from one of the paired speakers. I’m in the same room, I’ve tried connecting to the paired speakers via different bluetooth devices, but regardless, sound will briefly cut out every now and then.I’m not sure if this is a network issue or not, but using the S2 app does not have the same kind of issue.

Sonos Radio and music library plays on Sonos One stereo pair but not youtube premium. In fact, youtube videos won’t even play when Airplay is connected. It’s not youtube music; youtube premium. Is there some reason for this? 

Hello, I’ve been suffering from unstable connection to my two Play:1 and beam. They keep disconnecting and suffering from high ping and packet loss while streaming music. This happened as well on another router that I had before, the only solution I found was connecting the sonos beam to ethernet and the play:1 to sonosNet. Now this solution is no longer possible so I’m looking for a fix. Troubleshooting I have found it is a problem with the sonos devices. If they are not connected the network functions as expected. Logs sent: 276719397Extra info: 3 different rooms set up, the problem aggravates when joining two or more rooms together. Other non-sonos devices don’t suffer from packet loss. The connection is strong, so it’s not physical interference either. Thanks,Kind regards

As the subject says: Having a party at a venue hall and I'd like to my Sonos speakers and my friends speakers at the new location (all speakers are on S2 app btw)Is it as simple as connecting each of our phones to the venue Wi-Fi network and then updating Wi-Fi in the Sonos App? (Or will we need to do a factory reset for each speaker)Will we be able to combine both speaker sets together even though they’re tied to different accounts?My research says it should be possible but trying to understand better so I can avoid pitfalls.

I’m using Era 100 with an iPhone pro max 11 and with a laptop with a Windows OS, and i’m using YouTube to listen to songs through a bluetooth connection, every few seconds there is a disconnection of about a second and then the song comes back, this is a process that repeats itself regularly.In addition, it also happens to me when listening to a video through the browser, not necessarily on YouTube.

Hi,I have set up 3 different speakers (2 One SL and 1 Era 100) and would like to play Radio from Sonos app.I see that it doesnt play when I am not in the same Wifi my mobile and speakers.Is this the way ? Or is something else?

I don't know what happened, but suddenly I can barely hear the sound coming from my speakers. Until recently, I could perfectly hear the sound with my volume set around level 20. Now, I have to set the volume level set to 70+ to get the same quality. No, no hearing issues (past or present)...and it's not the "Loudness" nor "Night" options. Has this happened to anyone else?  Grim

Hi. I‘m about to buy a Sonos Five and record player. I have a trusty Play3 that’s regularly used. Once I get the Five I’m not sure what to do with the Play3 other than use it in another room.Can the Play3 be used as part of the record player/Five system or is that pointless?ThanksAlan

Dear all,I have a Sonos system composed by a Sonos One, an One SL and a Roam.Since a couple of weeks I’m not able to use the system anymore.I run the app from my smartphone (Samsung S21) and everything is fine, but after a couple of minutes the system disapper from the app and I cannot control it anymore.I’ve tried to reset all the Sonos device, but the issue remain.I’ve also tried with other smartphones, but the issue is still there. I gave to Sonos app all the needed authorisations.I’ve tried to play from the Sonos app installed in the PC (Windows 11) and it works fine.Please can you help me?It’s really a pity I cannot use the system during Christmas time… Thank you, Bye. 

I paired 2 Sonos Era 300 with my Sonos Arc. The Arc now randomly and frequently turns my sound down from anywhere between 15 to 10. If I unplug the Era 300s, my volume works fine with Arc. Any suggestions?

Hi,We recently moved house and Virgin thus gave us a new router (Welcome to Virgin New Customer, after 6 years, gah) - now i cannot connect my Sonos.“System” is greyed out so i can’t do anything there and I have tried using an ethernet cable. Even when i had my Sonos on a previous wifi setup it was awful, could not find my music, could not control using spotify, etc, etc, the free Bluetooth speaker i got with work is infinitely preferable and that sounds like a  tin can.I have reset the Sonos to factory settings. I click on “Unable to Connect to Sonos, Let’s fix it”“Did you change your router...Yes”“Do you want to add to a trusted network… Yes”“Make sure your products are powered on” (FFS)“Sonos not found. Make sure you’ve done all the obvious things and then try this infuriating loop again, you’ve got nothing better to do after-all”  

Hello, I was using two wifi networks (at home and in the office). In general they were configured the same way (even wifi name and password were the same). In each places I had my Sonos products configured (three speakers at home and one Play:1 in the office; all products are older ones and I use Sonos S1 to connect to them). Few months ago I closed the office, packed my Play:1 and left it aside in the basement. Today decided to power up that Play:1 at home - I’ve plugged it to the power, Sonos S1 app discovered the new product (which had been actually configured) and claimed it needs to be updated to the newest firmware. However, during the update I received the “Update problem” information; I was trying several times but with no luck. Then, I decided to reset the Play:1 (by unplugging from the power and pressing the play/pause button during the start). The led first started to blink orange, then green. So I started the configuration hoping to add this product to my network from the s

Its been weird, the sonos sub makes plopping “Blop” sounds in standby mode. Sounds like bubbels. What could this issue be.updated firmware nothing is streaming system is in standby modeSeems like its emptying a capacitor, or someting.Tried everything problem remains 

This seems kind of dumb and I would never consider this setup with anything other than Sonos.  Small room setting one on top of sub.  This spot seems the best place but speaker on top of sub just seems wrong

Hey everyone,I recently purchased two ERA 100s, one for my bar and the other for my kitchen. However, I've been having some issues with them disappearing from the systems in the app. This has happened twice now, and it's quite frustrating given the price I paid for them. I can still use them through Alexa commands, but it's not ideal.I've already had to reconnect them twice, and I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue with the ERA 100s. For context, I have an ARC and Beam Gem and a Sub 3, all of which have been working perfectly fine.Has anyone else encountered this issue or knows of a potential fix? I'm hoping to get this resolved soon so that I can fully enjoy my new purchases.Thanks in advance for any help or advice you can offer!
