loss of connectivity after power cut

Had a brief power outage and now 1 of my play ones which were set in stereo mode will not connect, unpaired them tried factory reset, play 1 is now just sat with constant white/orange flashing light ?? I have unplugged everything and reset router, can not get past orange/white light ?

Try wiring the Play:1 directly to the router with an ethernet cable during the setup process.

It sounds like the power outage may have damaged the speaker - I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.
