I had the Era100 and the Move grouped and now I don’t have that option. Did something change?

You should still be able to group the two speakers. Follow these instructions to group them:
https://support.sonos.com/en-us/article/group-and-ungroup-rooms
If you are still having issues, you may have to power cycle the speakers.
