I can not add anymore my two standalone Play:1 speakers to my Playbase as surround speakers. My Playbase is connected via Ethernet. My Play:1 are WiFi connected. After the surround wizard the app shows me an error than not all speakers could be added and I can do a retry. But if I just swipe down the error msg it shows me both Play:1 speakers as added. In fact only one is added to my Playbase and the other not. In Trueplay calibration wizard only one Play:1 Speaker and Playbase is playing the test sound. The ohter is quiet.Even after a full factory reset of all speakers. Same behavior.But my two Play:1 speakers can be used as Stereo Speakers, this works fine.What is wrong here?Diagnostic # 1265119658

My Gen 1 play 5 makes a regular  thudding noise after about 10 minutes of being turned on, this gradually increases in speed until it becomes continuous, this happens during standby as well as okay back, any help appreciated.

Hi - is there any way that I can stop my TV (LG OLED) from always connecting and playing audio to my Sonos Amp through HDMI ARC? When I manually select the internal speakers on my TV, within a few seconds it reconnects to the Amp via ARC.I’d turn off the Amp if I could but it doesn’t have an off button! The reason I want sound through the TV speakers is because they are much quieter and we don’t hear them when the kids get up early and start watching TV.Thanks

Can’t get the Controller CR200 connected to my multiroom system running on S1 sw. I have one Play 1 wired to the router and connecting procedure starts but do not find the system. So most likely system versions do not match, possible to downgrade the system to get the controller connected and then update all back up again?My system is running on the latest 11.2.8 version.

I have a laptop that i would like to get on my Sonos system. Is it best to buy the new five with a Line in or should it be the port. If i choose the new five would the Sound come out on all my speakers

Moved house, now have BT Full fibre Halo whereas old hoise was on VodafoneHad Sonos products for last 8 years, now around 10, without any issues. Our new house has full fibre system supplied by BT has full access speeds at the hub circa 150Mb.Yet around the house, from 1m to 10m away from the router the speed through Speedtest barely reaches 90Mbs just a meter away, Now TV (wired) has the spinning logo during viewing. Use a Boost off the router, all other Sonos appear off this port (BT Hub Manager) as thick walls, and ceilings Downstairs: Boost, Sonos One, Two Play3s, (Beam or Arc coming soon) (sold PlayBar & Play 5)Upstairs: Sonos One, two Play 1s BT claim it is the SONOS system that is at fault and is a know problem  ? ? ? ? !!!! The Boost Anyone any ideas of pointers or set-up advice I can rebuff them with as I never had this with Vodafone. 

I got my Roam on Tuesday. I set it up and could play it on both Wifi and Bluetooth. I was still getting to grips with it and I somehow managed to lose the Bluetoth functionallity. I managed to reconnect to wifi but since then I can not set it up for Bluetooth. I am pressing the button on the back but the only light that appears is the white one which is either constant or flashing. The orange light appears at the bottom too.Any ideas how I can sort this out please? PS When it works it sounds superb. 

Want to use amp (older white version) with sub for music and arc for tv, can the sub connect to both devices, so when watching tv the sub is controlled by arc, and when listening to music it’s controlled by amp. 

If I add two play 3’s paired with my Sonos amp running Rogers LS55 floor standing speakers. Will that setup work as surround sound?

Hi,    After a fair bit of work, I have added a Sonos Roam to an S2 system and got my compatible speakers working with S2, and integrated all speakers with Google Assistant.   All good. Now when I ask GA on Sonos Roam to play BBC Radio 6, it plays it from TuneIn.   Then after a few minutes, the Roam powers off with no input / touch from me.   When I turn it back on, S2 tells me it is at 91% battery. GA on the Roam tells me it is 87%. I.e. it has not switched off because it is out of battery.   Has anyone else seen this behaviour?   Thanks,   David.

Hi, we require two separate Sonos admin users. One for myself and one for my spouse. We are already using our separate music streaming service. Can we have separate SONOS ADMIN users each for same SONOSsystems in one home? 

Sonos Roam Microphone Light IssueSo got my roam yesterday love it, however just found out you cannot use true play while having google assistant enabled which is a shame. I’ve removed google assistant from the device and the microphone LED on top won’t glow white anymore? I’m sure it did yesterday when i first got it, now when pressing the button it just makes the noise but no light indication. I’ve reset the device 3 times and still no luck. the LED for the microphone won’t show even with alexa do i have a defective unit?Anyone else?

Hi All,Newbie here, I've just set up a new system (Arc + Sub + Amp to inceiling  3rd party speakers) it is all working great and sounds awesome, a lot better then the old surround system, i wanted to hook up a turntable to play through this system. Through reading i got the easist and cheapest way was to get a connect for a line in, then play through the room.  So I got a zp80 cheap through a mate who upgraded, but have discovered it only works through the s1 appIs there a way I can make this work? My other thoughts are getting 2 one sl's to replace the ceilings and use the amp for the turntable Or Buy a port to swap out the zp80Thoughts?

Hello,Recently I added a Roam to my existing system:Boost3 x Play:12 x OneSL2 x Play:31 x Play:5PlaybaseSubI got the Roam working using WiFi and Bluetooth to my mobile, but I had trouble swapping back from Bluetooth to WiFi so I decided to unpair the Roam from Bluetooth.The Roam is working OK using WiFi (or Boost?) but I’m hoping to use Bluetooth and Sound Swap to stream from my mobile to all my speakers (through the Roam). Every time I use Pandora on my Sonos system, it requires me to re-authorize my account. I have deleted and reinstalled the app.Nothing seems to solve this issue. Can you please help resolve this issue?

Any way to disable Amazon Music? When I say play whatever on Pandora,  Sonos plays Amazon music. Only by saying play whatever on F*** Pandora does Sonos play Pandora. Did Amazon buy Pandora? Are all non Amazon options going away? Regretting my buying decision.  Don’t like being guided into what I want to listen to.

I am adding a new Product (the Ikea Symfonisk) to S1 and my current setup of playbar and x2 Play 1s (which will run fine on S1 app), but takes me tot he page that states the sonos app needs updating, even though I have already the updated S1 app -- when I click update it takes me to update to S2, and there is no way to get around it, and add a product to S1 app.  

I have a Sonos beam speaker connected to my hi DEF projector when I connect my other Sonos speakers to the beam I have a constant drop outs of sound. I have two sets of Sonos one speakers and one set of Sonos play one speakers all on my Apple extreme network. I also have a satellite Wi-Fi router that I am not using the network but it is active. What can I do to stop these cut outs? I’ve already change the channel on the Apple extreme router twice. Thank you

I’ve been a Sonos user at my primary home for over 10 years, having a very simple Sonos setup that works well for me since I already had a high end stereo system. However, I now live up to 50% time in a second location - a 1 bedroom flat. I’d like to port my music there as follows: attach an external HD with the Sonos music files to a generally idle computer and play it via Sonos without benefit of a stereo system.A friend has volunteered to give me her old S1 components, but I don’t understand the set-up without a conventional stereo & stereo speakers to know whether I could put something simple together from what she has (and which components I should claim). My modem/router is a different room than the one where my speakers would be, so I assume that I would need a Sonos bridge. I have a good quality pair of Bose computer speakers if that would be useful, but have no other stereo equipment other than a cheap 1-piece stereo for playing music on an iPod (so of no use for Sonos). Hi,I have a playbar that i would like to connect together with my Sonos Amp that powers 2x3’rd party speaker and a 3’rd party subwoofer. My goal was to get 2 front speakers, 1 “center”-speaker(playbar) and the sub. is this possible? - if yes…. Then how? :-)

We have had three Sonos products on one system but recently the Sonos One SL disappeared from the system for no apparent reason. We have tried to re-add it to the system by resetting the factory settings. The app says it recognizes the product and has added it to our system; it also says that the product may not appear initially and, if so, to un-plug the product then turn it back on again to complete set up. I have done that several times but the product is still not appearing on the system with the other products. I have also rebooted my wi-fi but that has made no difference.What can I do?

Hi I have a Sonos Roam and really like the sound quality etc from this small speaker. But there is one thing I don't like, or I cannot figure out.When I don't use the Roam and store it charged to 100% and it is near my other speakers and within WiFi range it turns on for a few minutes every time somebody opens the APP and/or. I have more that 10 speaker and 4 active users so this happens very often during a day. As a result the battery level is getting lower and lower over a few days and when I would like to take it outside the battery level is (to) low and at least not full anymore.What I would like is to fully power off the Roam to be sure it never turnes on and uses any battery power when not In use. I tried bij using the button on the back but still it turns on every now and then. And I don't want to have it placed on the charger 24/7.What is the trick I'm missing (if any). ? Regards, Jeroen Arends 

Hello,I’ve two songs in my Sonos Favorites that I cannot delete from the Favorites list.There is no menu to delete them.I cannot play them eitherI’ve tried from the Android App and the Windows App. Like ghost entries.Can someone help me ?

Connection to Sirius lost. Still able to connect to Sirius on other devices in the house, just not to SONOS
