Every single time I open the Sonos app to play music, the Playlist section is completely missing from the My Sonos page. All I see is Recently Played and Stations. This has been going on for at least 2 months now. There have been several app updates since this issue started, but none of the updates have fixed this problem. The only way to fix it is to shut down the app and restart it. But that needs to be every single time you want to use the app because the fix is temporary. When I go into Edit My Sonos, these are the only options:  How do I fix this?? I swear, this app gets worse and worse with every update.I have never been able to get lock screen controls back after an app update 2 years ago, and no one has ever been able to tell me why I can’t get those controls. I’m using app version 12.2.6

Please let us access to our Spotify's playlists' folders structure in Sonos.I know I can access to my Spotify folders on Spotify and play them on Sonos.But what I can’t do on Spotify is picking a few playlists, drag and drop them in the sonos’ queue and play the songs randomly.Another thing I can do only on Sonos is dragging and dropping some playlists from Spotify and some playlists from my Sonos’ library and play them randomly together.It should be so pleasant to have the confort of browsing through my Spotify folders organisation instead of a mess of all my Spotify playlists unorganised (It’s even not possible to order them alphabeticaly !)Many thanks 

Somehow, my ‘Recently Played’ section under ‘My Sonos’ keeps loading and stays empty. I have tried hard closing the app, turning personalization services off and on, it nothing seems to work.It looks like a lot of people have experienced this issue sooner or later. What causes this and how can I fix it?

Paired Roam with my Mac successfully. Works for a while then switches to wifi. How can I turn off wifi or stop the switching. I want to use the bluetooth pairing with my Mac.

Reaching out to the community after multiple attempts via Chat and over the Phone to support at Sonos, and trying multiple recommended solutions. I’m having this weird issue where my Sonos Arc (purchased Nov of last year) will not work with Google Assistant after an unknown length of time. I have set up Google Assistant and it will work find for an hour, 5 hours, a day, maybe sometimes even a week - then all of a sudden when I say “Hey Google”, it will just tell me “There was a glitch, try again in a few seconds” or “Something went wrong, try again in a few seconds”. I have tried the following:removing Google Assistant and re-adding multiple times removing Sonos from my Google Account multiple times unplugging Sonos Arc and plugging back in multiple times tech support made some updates to DNS settingsAfter each of the above, the Arc will work for a little period of time, then randomly go back into the “There was a glitch, try again in a few seconds” or “Something went wrong, try again

Anyone else had issue with the quality of the finish with their Sonos sub? I ordered a sub from a reputable retailer and noticed the side panel wasn’t flush at the top. The sub was returned for exchange but the replacement was just the same plus generally poor finish with the paint job i.e. spot marks in the painted finish and a couple  of chips in the case that were obviously present prior to the case being painted.  I’m aware I might be considered “picky” but for £700 I think I have the right to expect the Sub to be manufactured to a high standard?  i’ve included a photo showing the side panel not sitting flush.  thanks in advance to anyone who replies

Hi,I have 5 Sonos speakers connected to my network - 3x Sonos One, 1x Sonos Move and 1x Sonos Amp.Yesterday I changed my router with Asus ZenWifi and kept the same SSID and password. I have also Asus RP-AC55 connected in AiMesh mode. Now, all my Sonos products are listed in S2 app and room-grouped except Sonos Amp. Sonos Amp is not either listed separated from the room group neither is the part of the room group.When I am looking in the Asus router app, I see that all my 5 products are connected to the network. Even, when I play music in Spotify it offers “Listening On My_device + 4” and plays music normally on all my products. Changing the volume in Spoptiy also affects all my products.So, it seems that Sonos Amp is connected to the network, room-grouped, works normally, but Sonos S2 app from some reason does not want to show it and I cannot manage it over S2 app.Any suggestions?Thank you for the help and support!Best regards.

I just purchased a new Beam for our RV to use with the TV as a soundboard.  Does it require WiFi after setup?  So, every time we go to a new campground, we have to access the WiFi of that campground?  Seems weird.Any work around would be great!Thanks.

Using Alexa on my Sonos Arc to play Apple Music or control my Fire TV stopped working about a week ago. Regarding the former, it turned out to be a server issue that Sonos fixed. But the latter never came back. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Alexa on the sound bar, disconnected and reconnected in TV and Video settings in the Alexa app, unplugged my TV and Soundbar and then plugged them back in. It did all work last week before the break down. And I can control my TV if I connect it to a different (amazon) Alexa device. But when I connect the TV to the Arc on the Alexa App, it says connected on the app. but when I ask her to do anything with the TV my sound bar tells me to connect a TV in the Alexa app (already done). I called support twice, and they walked me through the same things I had already done then put me on hold and I got disconnected. REALLY frustrating. Anyone else have this issue? Any ideas or advice?

Looking to set up a 5.1 surround sound using a pair of  Sonosceiling speakers as the rears and an arc for the centre with a sub, do I need an amp?

Hi - I’m trying to set up my ARC but am stuck on the step where it searches for CEC.  My setup is an Apple TV → HDFury Arcana → Sonos Arc / BenQ Projector.I’ve tried troubleshooting every way I can think of:Powering everything off and on. Trying every combination of CEC On/Off between the Apple TV and the Projector. Confirming firmware up to date. Disconnecting and reconnecting all HDMI Cables. Connecting the Arc directly to the Apple TV Meanwhile the Apple TV sound is coming through the ARC speaker. The biggest issue is I can’t control the volume with the Apple TV remote. The Sonos app remote setup doesn’t detect the Apple TV remote volume buttons being pressured, and the Apple TV learn device option wants to learn from the device’s remote, which doesn’t exist for ARC. Also, CEC is working - when I wake the Apple TV it powers up my projector. Many thanks for any guidance.

How can i connect my phone media to sonos?

Brand new, out of the box Sonos Arc. Completely unresponsive. Forget about even trying to add it to my existing system; no lights even come on. I’ve tried various resets and ‘leave unplugged for 30 min’. Nothing works.  Figured I’d try customer support. Oh, they don’t work on weekends. That’s crazy!I’m a long time Sonos user (I still have a set of Sonos non-powered speakers that I use) and have had over 50 of their various units. I sing their praises to all of my friends. But no support on weekends; Sonos you disappoint me…Anyone have any trouble shooting tips?  I have approximately 40 hours before Customer support is available.

I have about 6 Sonos Play 1 connected. 2 of them do not work over wifi. If I plug one of them on the network via cable, then they both connect and work and I can group them all together again. But once I unplug again the cable, both speakers disconnect again. This is quite annoying! a while ago, I was able to configure each speaker to connect to wifi individually via the app, but the interface has now changed and you don’t have such option anymore. I can create a network and it is assumed that all the grouped devices will use that network. Can someone help resolve this issue?ThanksTroy  

which Sonos speaker has an Alexa built in?

Hi all, This is another Asus connection issue, though with the Asus TUF-AX3000. After the first setup the system wasn’t able to be found using the sonos app. I then switched Smart Connect off, and attempted (one by one) to connect via the 2.4GHz, ensured QoS was off, Airtime Fairness was off, hard reset each device and eventually rolled back firmware one by one with limited success. The most success I’ve had is using a Play1 hardwired to the router, and was able to play all of the speakers as you would normally (2nd Play1, Play5 and Beam). I’ve spoken to Asus support and they suggested some of the above or sending it back for an inspection. Failing that I’m waiting/hoping for the next firmware update. Does anybody have any other suggestion that might work please? Thank you in advance.

Good morning I’ve had numerous connectivity issues to my sonos speakers, on my iPhone 11 Pro Max and the app S1. I’ve had to reboot, restart, constantly refresh and still lose connectivity most days. I have a Sonos move and a Sonos gen1 play 5. It’s becoming hugely frustrating as every time I tried to turn the music on by my phone it just loses connectivity and says I need to reconnect my sonos devices. I also recently moved and changed my Internet provider to Plusnet which I had in my old house and didn’t have a problem, so I don’t know if that’s the issue in this new house..?? In the sorting of playlists, could the app consider any numbers as numerical values, instead of as a strictly alphabetical string?I imported numbered playlists from iTunes but the S2 app orders them like:playlist 1playlist 10playlist 2playlist 3 … edit: I supposed the same question applies to sorting artists, album titles, and songs with numbers in the names, but it’s less of an issue here for me.

My system consists of one ZP100 Connect Amp and one ZP80 wired out to my hi-fi. They have performed reliably for more than 10 years but, after a short spell of non-use I found the S1 App not seeing either of them. During several reconnection attempts the ZP100 appeared to connect but only temporarily, disappearing after only a few minutes. After reading that BT has reported issues with the dual speed function of the Smart Hub 2 (which I am using), I deselected the 5gHz option and the ZP100 seems now to be stable.However, numerous attempts to connect my ZP80, both wireless and wired to my router, have been fruitless. The unit shows a flashing green light but when I attempt to connect, it flashes amber and then shows solid amber.  Can anyone help please?

I’m considering changing my Ones in the surround setup for two fives (moving to a bigger house) and am wondering the following: As Fives behave differently horizontally from vertically, what is the best position in a surround setup? I will also be using it for music a lot so it should be the best setup for both.  Thanks!

Reading a lot of topics on the issues people are having with Symfonisk and the drop outs and poor WiFi connections.They seem to be around a year old most posts, but then a few 3-4 months old.Have the issues been fixed now, perhaps with Firmware or Software upgrades?Considering the Lamp for surrounds for a Beam or Arc. Thank you 

I know this is probably one of the most asked questions so I’m sorry to burden the community with an issue with endless possibilities. In the last couple of days any IOS device my household owns IPads, phones etc. (Running up to date software) will no longer connect to my Sonos system, the desktop app works without any issue but anything wireless just says its unable to connect. I go through the trouble shooting process which basically tells me my wireless network has changed or the password has changed (it hasn’t and there are 20 other devices happily connected to it). Once I re confirm my network and password the system can be reached. Give it a couple of minutes and I can no longer connect to the speakers again, I have been through this process three times. Nothing has changed and I have never had this particular issue before.   One play 1 is hardwired to the router via a switch and the rest are connected via Sonosnet. My network is sky based with the sky mesh disabled because that
