Hello. I have just linked my turntable to my new sonos 5 and love it. I was wondering though if there was a way to use a custom icon instead of the line in icon? I’d like an image of my turntable here rather than the default line in logo, almost like selecting an album art? 

I am in the process of moving my iTunes Library to my new Mac Book-Pro from my old Mac. The problem is that my Sonos playlists have songs with paths to files that point to my old computer. Is there a way to change the paths in my Sonos Playlists that do not involve re-doing the playlists from scratch? Or, alternatively, can I use the same Computer Name in my new computer, as defined in the Sharing folder in System Preferences, as the old computer? Other?Thank you!

Jag har iaf själv försökt felsöka vart lösningen ligger, då det bara är spotify som krånglar med röststyrning (inte tex Ikea Trådfri lampor). När jag testade att byta språk på den, så funkade helt plötsligt det helt utmärkt med att säga till högtalaren att sätta på låtarna. Någon som varit med om liknande problem och kunnat lösa det?Hello, have been the owner of a sonos One for almost a week and it has not been any problem to talk to to ask it to turn on spotify for example, until yesterday. I myself have tried to troubleshoot where the solution is, as it is only spotify that has problems with voice control (not eg Ikea Wireless Lights). When I tried to change the language on it, all of a sudden it worked perfectly fine to tell the speaker to turn on the songs. Anyone been through similar problems and been able to

When I try to enable automatic update on the app (iPhone), I receive the error message: “The email and password you entered did not match our records. Please try again.” I have tried to reset my password - same issue. Any suggestions? 

I currently have an older tv, with a beam, 2 rear ones and a sub 5.1 setup.  im now looking at upgrade my set up to an LG OLED CX model and make most of Dolby atmos ,  would then change my beam in the setup to an ARC,  due to the 2020 LG missing many apps , I would then look to use my Apple TV 4K to stream most content.  as the Apple TV will have to connect direct to the TV and not the ARC as the Apple instruction suggest , would this set up still be able to get full atmos from apps on Apple TV or will I have issues. I’ve tried to search this site and seen many missed messages and people having problems.  has anyone else got this setup and have no problems before I commit my cash.  many thanks.   

My husband and I both have iPhones and the S2 app. We use the SAME log-in on both phones - same wifi network - HOWEVER, I see some speakers on my phone and he has the others showing on his phone. So basically, it it impossible to show ALL speakers on the network with the SAME log-in. What the heck is happening? Constant issues lately….HELP!

I bought a Sonos One from a local retailer who said it had google assistant, but when I tried to set it up, it said my country is not available.Is there a way around this? Hi there,I was using google assistant on my Sonos One without any problem, and since yesterday, I have a problem : now if I ask vocally to play music on amazon or a radio on tunein like I was doing before, the assistant answers “one device at least is not available, I suggest you to configure it again...” (approximate traduction of the french message).I tried to reinstall Google Assistant using the Sonos Android App, but the problem persists.Note that I can play radios and music on the Sonos from my smartphone ; it’s only the Google Assistant of the Sonos One that does not seem to find how to play music on the Sonos One it self...

Hi there,I have an Apple TV HD (2021) that is connected to my Optoma HD146X projector via HDMI. I want to play video through the Apple TV, but would like to play the audio through my Sonos setup (a Sonos Five and a Sonos One). When i play video through the Apple TV, the sound comes from the beamer built-in speaker through the HDMI cable. I can't figure out where/how to connect the Apple TV to the Sonos for the audio playback. What does work, however, is to go to the Netflix app, and from there scroll down on the Apple TV remote and select the Sonos speakers for playback. If i then switch to any other app, these audio playback settings are carried over to this app, and audio is played through the Sonos speakers. If i then want to change volume, i have to go back to the Netflix app as that seems to be the only place where i can control the audio sound settings for Sonos.Does anyone have an idea what i'm doing wrong and how i can fix this?Thanks in advance!David

Hi I have a system with a Sonos Boost and a variety of Ones, Threes and Moves plus two Arcs with surrounds and one of the Arcs has a SubAll the devices are connected as expected WM:0 for all the standalone ones and threes and WM:1 for the Moves.The Arc surrounds (one SL’s) and the Sub show up as bonded WM:2 but the Arcs themselves show up as WM:1 when I am expecting WM:0 I have removed and re-added one of the Arcs and it’s surrounds but it still shows connected to my WiFi network not SonosNet - Any ideas out there - thanks 

Hi I have got blown drivers in my play bar that’s just 7 years old can I change it?

I’ve got a Playbar, sub, and two ones. Will be setting this up for a house with 8 people. Planning on having a modem/router, and another router wired to this modem/router. My questions is, Would it be better to connect the Sonos system to the modem/router and have the rest of the people in the house use the other router as their wifi? or have people use the modem/router as the wifi and connect the system to the other router. I understand that either way, one must be connected to the same wifi as the system to control it, but from a network stability and less lag concept, wondering what would be better. Side note, the Playbar will be connected to a smart tv via optical cord. Planning on wiring the tv via ethernet to the internet that the majority of people will be connected to, so that they can use system when using tv, but when not using tv, only I will have control(since I will be connected to the wifi the system is connected to). I’ve been getting a lot of songs skipped with “connection to spotify was lost” error messages. I have reset the Boost, but errors persist. Internet connection is strong and other services do not have this error. I recently added a Roam to my system. Diagnostic code is: 1216552902

Hi all,I’ve been playing the same radio station for many years, but late last week I’ve suddenly started getting an error message: “Unable to play ‘KQED-FM’ - it is encoded at an unsupported sample rate 11025 Hz.”I’ve tried rebooting everything from the modem on up with no success.Other radio stations play just fine.  In my random search for similar local radio stations, I couldn’t find one that gave the same error message.  For example, KALW and KPFA play just fine, as do many others.I don’t believe that that radio station (KQED) actually broadcasts at a low sample rate, and cannot find any evidence of them changing their stream.That station plays fine over a browser. (meaning, nothing about my internet connection or router is specifically blocking the radio stream)Any ideas what the problem could be?  I see a few other posts here with similar errors, but no solution is viewable.  What did ya’ll do to fix it?Thanks!:)

I like to listen to rain tracks over the night. I start a 30 minute track on repeat, but at some point during the night Sonos begins to loop the track every 10 seconds.So instead of repeating every 30 minutes it repeats the first 10 seconds.Happened just now and took a diagnostic: 1952381773 Can anyone help?

I am setting up a new sonos ecosystem in a basement and could use some help.My planned setup is to have two Sonos Amps.  Amp 1 will power 6 in-ceiling Sonos Sonance speakers, and Amp 2 will power two large floor standing Cerwin Vega VS-150 speakers.  I am going to purchase a turn table that will have a pre-amp built in, and I’d like to understand the best way to connect the turn table to both amps.  I expect that most of the time I will want to listen to vinyl through Amp 2, but there may be times when I want to push a record to the entire basement via the ceiling speakers.I’ve read that switch boxes are not the best option, and I am not sure that a simple Y-Cable is going to be sufficient.  What I don’t want to do is need to move the line in from one Amp to the other manually.Really appreciate your input!Mike

So I had one speaker that kept falling off there system so I reset it and readded it.  Now it is the only speaker that will play out of the 10 I have in my Sonos system.  They have all be power cycled.  They show in the system but it keep saying:  “Unable to connect to device.  Try again later”  And in the System sidebar:  All the speakers are showing up separately…  They all want their own separate music choices.  I just want one unified system as they were an hour ago.  I power cycled my router.  Help me Obi Wan, you’re my only hope...

Spotify played fine over Sonos Play 1 until I unplugged the speaker and tried it outside, a move of 10ft!  It hasn't worked since, with no changes to settings at that time. Eventually I decided to reset and got a flashing green light.  Following the app instructions I pressed Play+ Volume Up together, and all I got was a message saying it couldn't connect. So the app doesn’t work I've tried everything - rebooting the router, unplugging & plugging the speaker, and anything else mentioned on the website, including a wired connection, and that didn't work either. I'm at my wits end with this.  I didn't realise plugging the speaker in a different power outlet would upend everything! Any help you can give would be most welcome.

I have a Sonos Beam with two play1s and a sub in a surround setup. The surrounds keep dropping for micro seconds intermittently. It happens randomly and there doesn’t seem to be a pattern to it. I’ve tried moving some WiFi items if it is caused by interference but I can’t seem to solve it. Attached it my most recent diagnostic number: 2042736250. Any help would be appreciated.

I have 4 x Play One’s in a group and a boost. These have been in this configuration, and location, for approx 4 years with little trouble. Recently (last 2 weeks), at least once a day a speaker will just drop off the group, not always the same speaker, and not be visible at all.  Only way to get it back is to turn it off/on. Anyone else experiencing similar, any advice? 

Having multiple issues with 5 x Ikea Sympfonisk SONOS speakers in my retail shop. We have: rebooted each speaker, router and PC, assigned permanent IP’s, tried to set up via Sonos net with a LAN connected speaker to router,   reset the controller,  reauthorised Spotify     Multiple times. Our internet speed averages over 20GB down, but often Sonos Controller isn’t able to pull music from Spotify, and the whole thing just stops. My iOS app also keeps trying to check if I’ve got the most recent update, and often hangs in this process. This all started after recently updating the Sonos Controller app (PC). Prior to this and in over 2 months operation it has been a dream and done exactly what it said on the tin.    I have had to permanently remove high mounted speakers from the wall and connect them to points on the ground where they are accessible to avoid my team having to drag a ladder out to reset these during trade.    As a small business owner, I simply do not have the time to spend

The S2 app recently started repeatedly crashing for me.  It crashes within a few seconds of start up and may only be doing it when playing from the phones music.  I had gotten around it yesterday by reinstalling after restarting and force stop didn't work. Every morning (!) my two sonos play: 5 (2) sounds like someone shouting in an empty oil barrel. I need to remove the stereo coupling - and afterwards create it again. Then everything is OK - untill next morning.I’ve removed the automatic updating, but that didn’t solve the issue. 

Ok, so I’ve seen the posts about people trying to have a single system across two houses, and that’s NOT what I’m trying to do here.  I have two houses, they are connected via a Site to Site VPN to be able to access things like my wireless controller, and network management system.  I have two Sonos systems, one in each house.  Both houses have different WiFi networks and use different subnets. I had Sonos set up and working in House #1 a year ago, and just added it to House #2.  On the device I used to set up Sonos on the new house, all I see is the new house system.  But on any other device logged into the same Sonos account, all they see is the Sonos system in House #1.  I can’t find any way to get the app to see the system in the house that I’m physically in (house #2). The Sonos app is supposed to note that it’s not on House #1’s WiFi network and shift over to the new system on House #2 Wifi, but it doesn’t.  When I go into Manage Networks and I’m at House #2, I still see the WiFi
