I’ve had an Arc for a few months now and have had no issues until today. When I turned on the TV my ARC started alternating between white and orange status lights. I tried restarting it and it continued.

If I unplug the HDMI cable and restart the ARC it goes away until I plug the HDMI back in. I don’t have another eARC device to test with.

The ARC is working fine otherwise.

I’ve read that alternating white/orange lights means it’s updating, but this isn’t the case as the ARC is fully updated (13.1.1), and it only starts when I plug the HDMI cable in.

What does this mean?
