I’ve owned a number of Sonos products over the last 5 years and my subwoofer just stopped working the other day.Tried to do a factory reset however the light just stays solid white (no flashing orange/white light)Contacted Sonos who have said there is an issue and can offer me an RMA, without saying what is actually wrong.Has anyone else come across this issue before?  Looks like I’ll need to spending another hefty amount for a new product, very annoyed.

I`ve got the TV connected to a Sonos bar and there are also two Sonos speakers at the back of the room. The Sonos Controller recognized it all as Living Room. The TV appears as a Source in the Sonos Controller. This works okay when I watch TV.I`ve got other rooms set up as well. I`ve created a group called Whole House which includes all rooms except the Living Room. This works okay when I listen to music.Question 1 - Recently, one of the rear Living Room speakers has been lost from “Living Room” and has appeared as a new room called “Den”. So when I watch TV, I need to group Living Room with Den so I can hear the TV through both rear speakers. Do I just need to Pair it with the other rear speaker?Question 2 - When I`m playing music in the Whole House group, I want to hear it in the Living Room as well, so I add the Living Room+Den to the Whole House group. However, this means they don't work when I watch TV, so I then need to remove the Living Room+Den from the Whole House group. Befor

My ethernet-connected Play 5 keeps disconnecting. I unplug and restart the device and it works again for a few hours but then can’t be found again. The rest of the network (wifi) works just fine.

Got the new roam and connecting to to a group of 2 other speakers.It sits in the same position in my house.I can see all three in the group, however the roam doesn’t have any sound.The only way I can get it working is to ungroup and regroup them. I spoke to Sonos who suggested I ungroup everything, then start witht the roam adding the other speakers.It works for a while, then when I go back to it a few hours later the group is the same but the roam is not playing.I’ve had no other issues with my sonos speakers other than this - its becoming really annoying - i am seriously thinking about returning this for a refund.

I have a Sonos One, Beam & Move. All are run from wifi.I have always had issues with wifi and connecting to my Move. For this reason, I bought a tp-link to give a better signal on the ground floor of my house. Since this, the connections have been brilliant.However, I recently started using Amazon Prime as a streaming service. I added this successfully to my Sonos app and started streaming. The 1st occasion that I used the service, it worked well for about 30 minutes and then just stopped. I got the dreaded ‘Unable to connect to Sonos’ message and after switching off and on managed to obtain a connection. I thought that this was just a glitch so ignored it. However, this has now happened every time that I have streamed using Amazon. HI - I am having a problem seeing my “imported playlists” after doing some iTunes maintenance this week. Here’s what I’ve done. Created a new share on my Synology NAS. This is \\192.168.1.2\AppleMusic On a new PC build, I installed iTunes, mapped a network drive the above share as M:\ and told iTunes that’s where my library is.  On the new iTunes install, I downloaded all my files (~9300) via iTunes match. They are now in the share. Told Sonos that that the file share is a music library folder Re-indexed the library in the controller “Consolidated” the iTunes library a few times. All songs, albums, and artists are available in the Sonos App. Playlists are not. The playlists are visible in iTunes and work fine. I have tried copying iTunes Library.itl into the share and re-indexing but it didn’t work. I know I’m missing something simple. I have my turntable (Pro-Ject: T1 BT) plugged into the Port and when playing a record the autoplay does not start. However, I can go into the Sonos app and select manually Line-In as the source and the record will play into the room to my Beam.  I have rebooted the system and no dice. Pretty frustrating that Autoplay doesn’t work and having to select the source manually every time. 

Hi, long time Sonos user w/ multiple products with a very unusual question. We have a new aussiedoodle pup who is very curious.. recently we found him chewing on something under the couch. Lo and behold, he managed to scrape off the sync button for our Sonos Sub and mangle it good. He didnt swallow it.. but I sure could use a replacement.  Sonos.. or anyone, could you help me get a new sync button for a Sonos Sub Gen:1? We will try to keep Zorro away from it. Alarm comes on.  Notification appears. I hit the Snooze icon.  A notification confirms the snooze and when the music will come on again.  But the music doesn’t come on again.  Anywhere from 3 to eight minutes in, the system just forgets it’s doing a snooze.  Doing testing, the snooze works properly maybe once out of 10 tries.  Spent two hours with customer support - chat and phone.  They had me change the SonosNet channel (“Could be interference”).  Had me unplug everything, including the router, to reset.  The alarm has worked fine for 14 years, then just stopped working a week ago.I’m on S1.  I have a hybrid system with an ancient Connect:Amp and Connect, plus a new Amp purchased last year (when they scared us into upgrading) and two Play:1s.  I also have a CR200, but the problem happens whether I’m using the CR200 or an Android phone.  And it happens regardless of which “Room” I set for the alarm.Any suggestions appreciated.  My next move is to try to isolate the problem by removing

Hello, Just purchased an Arc, currently in the phase of finding best settings with my set up and just wondering if anyone else has the same setup and can share their settings?I have a Sony X900F which supports ARC but not eARC, an Xbox Series X and of course the Sonos Arc. So far I have found the following:On the TV Sound menu:ClearAudio+ turned off.Sound Mode: StandardAdvanced Sound Settings:Dolby Dynamic Range: StandardDolby Digital Plus output: Dolby Digital PlusSettings on the Xbox Series X:Speaker audio: 5.1 uncompressed (though as far as I can gather my TV does not support LPCM multichannel so it shows up as Stereo PCM on the Sonos app)I experimented with Bitstream - Dolby Digital which was louder and seemed to have a little more spacing in the audio however it introduced an extra ~100ms audio lag (up to 300ms) and was noticeable. This was measured through auto calibration on Rock Band 4, rather than any professional tool by the way.I guess I'm really asking will I lose any chann

Trying to set up my new Roam via my ipad mini. I only want to connect via bluetooth. During set up process I upgraded to Sonos S2 app. I connected to my internet service via theapp but it tells me the system includes products not compatible with Sonos S2. I suspect that is because I have a Bridge dircectly plugged into the router. When I go to Sonos 1 app the Roam is not showing. What do I do now? Thanks for your support. Steve Day

Does anyone know what elements of the "Alexa AudioPlayer interface" is not supported on Sonos One?The reason I ask, I have a skill that streams our radio station just fine on Amazon made speakers but plays only silence when the skill is enabled on Sonos One.   The skills interacts fine and says it is playing the station, but only silence is heard - no error prompts.  The station streams fine with the TuneIn skill but we would prefer to promote the "Get Me Radio" skill.  Wondering what I could tell the developers to help them determine why it fails only on Sonos speakers. p.s. I have disabled and re-enabled the skill many times...works consistently with Amazon speakers but fails with Sonos One, no matter what station I select.

I am trying to connect sound bar to TV. I have don’t have any more HDMI ports on TV. So I am using the optical cable with HDMI cable, went thru all steps and app says connected by there is no sound going from tv into sound bar. 

Does Roam work on any WiFi network or just the one you set it up with. Reason I bought was to travel with and not have to use Bluetooth when a WiFi network was available. Now that I read about it only seems that it works with the home WiFi network.

Pre-ordered the roam on 03/09 and recall seeing a delivery date for 04/20 but now I don't see anything indicating that date. Are there any updates for pre-order delivery timelines?

Just wondering if/when android 7 devices no longer funtion as controllers, will the S1 app (and spotify app) for Windows 10 still work as controllers for my 6 Sonos speakers?

Hi thereI have 2 Play1s setup as surround speakers with a Playbar but unfortunately I am getting no sound out of them. It used to work fine but has recently stopped and I am tearing my hair out trying to fix it.  I have tried removing them and adding them but to no avail.They are connected to the system, as pressing the button on them pauses the music ok.  The only clue I have is that when I go into the “about my system” it says that my wireless network will not support the use of surrounds with my playbar. However I don’t know what to do next to resolve this (and it used to work ok…?)Any help welcome!thanks

I have a Playbar, a Beam, 2x 1, a 3 and a 5. And a Bridge.At different times, one of the 1s and the 5 and now my Playbar have just stopped registering any power.I’ve changed fuses, interchanged cables, tried different locations and sockets, and nothing works.I think Sonos are simply shocking products for the rate at which they seem to be failing judging by my experience and that of other users I’ve seen commenting on the web with the same issue and lack of any fix support.I have two bose systems; a Wave I’ve had since 2001, and one home entertainment system which I’ve had since 2005. Both of which have been no problem.What explanation can Sonos offer? And what will they do about my most recent failure being the Playbar? 

About a month and a half ago Stitcher stopped working with my Sonos system. I tried deleting it and adding it back and I get an error saying the stitcher server did not recognize my account. Stitcher works fine. I can listen and sign out and back in to it’s app with no problem. Interestingly if I choose create account when adding stitcher to sonos it takes me to a 404 page https://www.stitcher.com/Sonos/sign_in.php  Can you please fix this bugI ran a diagnostic. Hello I’m considering buying something like Cambridge audio Evo 75 or Cambridge cxn v2. Question is: if I connect any of these devices from pre out to play 5 line in, I’ll be using the Sonos dac? How will sound quality would be versus direct streaming from iPad ?   

Hi, When my I change the channel on my Sky Q box from one broadcasting in DD2.0 to one broadcasting in DD5.1, the Beam goes completely silent. The only way to bring the audio back is the turn the Sky Q box off and on, or to reset the input of the Beam to TV. I’d hope that this could be fixed as its really annoying.The beam is attached via ARC to my LG 43 UM7500PLA with hdmi-arc set to pass through, I’ve also got 2 ikea simfonisks connected as surrounds. This same “bug” occurs when connected via optical, leading me to think the issue is with the beam rather than with my tv or Sky Q box. I’m willing and open to being corrected.Once I’ve power cycled my Sky Q box or reconfirmed the TV input to the beam, when going back to a DD2.0 broadcast the beam from the DD5.1 broadcast the beam behaves just fine. Diagnostics number 1069721209Any help would be great, thanks very much. 

HiI have a sonos Arc as soundbar for my TV, but I also have a pair of high end active monitors.is it possible to set up 5x surround when I add my monitors on a sonos port for fromd L/R and two sonos one’s for rear L/R?if aforementioned setup is possibe, i also have an additional question:Is jt possible to always include the sonos port when playing regular stereo through the sonos arc? 

Hi Everyone  I am not super tech. Suddenly most of my zones say INCOMPATIBLE. I clicked the update and it says there is a problem . I did retry a few times but still nothing is happening. Please help.   

Er der andre der oplever problemer med at få Roam til at fungere i S2 appen når der er et S1 anlæg med gamle komponenter. Jeg kan godt få Roam til at fungere i S2 så længe jeg har slukket for mine S1 komponenter. Kort tid efter at jeg tænder dem igen, så kan S2 appen ikke fungere, for den finder det gamle anlæg og det er ikke muligt at anvende appen med Roam.Nu har SONOS så bedt mig om at ændre ret mange ting i min router, fordi jeg har en Yousee eller en Waoo router, men det vil jeg ikke, for så er der måske andre ting der ikke virker. SONOS må på banen, det kan ikke passe at S1 og S2 appen ikke kan fungere side om side, nu når der er SONOS komponenter som kræver enten den ene eller den anden app.Jeg hører gerne jeres kommentater, så vi kan få lagt pres på SONOS, så vi kan bruge de produkter vi køber. SONOs er jo normalt ganske genialt og super godt.
