Sonos volume with Google Nest Wifi

Hi,

 

I have Google assistant controlling a play 5 speaker, when I play music the volume from the Sonos is almost inaudible but the Google speakers are quite loud. How do you balance the volume levels and have them not fall out of sync when changing the volume in the future?

On my Google Home Mini (as an example) I use the Home App, Voice Assistant, or Hardware Buttons to set the volume … likewise I do a similar thing with my Sonos Speakers, but use the Sonos App, rather than the Google Home App for those devices.
