I own a 5.1 Sonos System including the new Sonos Arc. I got my Arc some months ago, and firstly it worked absolutely flawless. But lately I'm having some troubles with my System. My Sonos App keeps telling me that it’s unable to connect to my setup. Now if I disconnect the Sub and the two Surrounds and set up a new System with just the Arc and the Sub it works completely fine. But if i add the two surrounds to the setup again it works for some hours but then the same problem pops up again. I tried restarting every Products, restarted the router and set the arc back to factory settings, but nothing helps.

Maybe someone has had the same issue, everything helps :D

Is WiFi enabled on the Arc in the Sonos app? Can you wire the Arc directly to the router with an ethernet cable? What router are you using?
