Hi, if i purchase 3 Sonos Roams for my 3 children, can each of these 3 roams be linked to a different google account ?   And if so, can each Roam still be accessed as part of my Sonos Home in the app ?   

So I have one Connect (Theater) hardwired to the network. My second Connect (Bedroom) is not hardwired. I had a few drop outs of the second Connect so I added my WiFi to the Networks section under "Manage Networks". It now seems to be working ok now so I guess the built in Sonos wifi network is not strong enough for the distance between the two Connects and the WiFi signal is stronger where the second Connect is located in the master bedroom. Does this sound correct?

I’ve read a number of similar posts but haven’t seen a satisfactory solution yet. Like many people, I have noticed a significant deterioration in my Sonos user experience in the last year. I have been a customer for over 10 years and have a number of Sonos play and connect products. More recently they have just stopped working. We changed broadband provider  and connected all of the products again successfully. But now they all keep dropping off the app again. Sometimes one or two of the sonos products can be found on the app but mostly not, especially if lots of other devices are connected to the network. Have so far rebooted the WiFi router a lot, reset some of the Sonos products to factory settings but it only solves the problem for a day or two then they drop off the network again. I guess these are older products, but it doesn’t make me want to upgrade to new Sonos products but actually try a new more reliable system instead. I’m considering the Beam Soundbar for my covered patio TV. On both side of the TV I have  Polk Audio speakers run by a Sonos Connect Amp. If I install the Beam to my TV, will the two Polk speakers group with the Beam giving me center channel in the Beam and left right channels on the Polk speakers?  My TV does not have an ARC output so I will be using the optical audio out to the Beam.

Searched but could not find this error here. I have 2 play3 speakers and just bought a connect gen 2. I had some problems uppdating and installing it but this is now fixed. The connect is now visible as a system component in the app. However, when hooking it up, the system falls silent after a few seconds. Shutting the connect down makes the system work again. I have no idea what to do besides unplugging /rebooting etc.

I was having issues with Pandora and Apple music. I deleted the pandora account to try re-adding it. Now I get an unable to add pandora account after the pandora web site says everything is good. I’ve reset my router this morning. I just want to ******* stream music on this system I’ve spent way too much money on. Moderation note: removed offensive language

Hi. I recently updated my software and now my playbar will disconnect when TV is turned off and then back on. I have a number of devices with Sonos controller apps. There are a number of setup notifications that continually reappear after I have dismissed them. Specifically:Add a voice assistant Try Sonos radioConnect surrounds to Bathroom Connect surrounds to GardenEach notification has a cross in the top right corner. If you select this the notification is dismissed. This gives you a feeling of control. However, some time later it reappears. These are effectively SPAM and I do not know what they are for. They appear on multiple devices.I have contacted Sonos support and they are unable (or unwilling) to fix this. I have owned 17 Sonos devices over 10 years and am now fed up with these annoyances. Does anybody know how to stop Sonos SPAM and regain at least the appearance of personal control over products that I have spent a lot of time and money on. I have had Sonos working using my old iPhone for 3 years.I recently upgraded the handset and have had nothing but issues with the Sonos connection.I have rebooted the router and reset the Sonos App many times.Sometimes it will eventually find my speakers only to drop them again the following day.I still have my old phone and it connects ok.IT is really getting on my nerves now - it seems nothing but issues!  

I just installed a Sonos system. It took me a while to get the Arc soundbar (with sub) and the two One SL speakers all connected. Once I turned the TV off and turned it on again, the One SL surround speakers are not producing any sound. The Sonos phone app is seeing them all together in TV Room and the lights on the One SL speakers are white. Any ideas?

Hey guys. I´ve been reading many topics about this issue, but none of them could help me get through my problem. I have a LG GX plugged to My Sonos Beam (with paired Sonos One stereo pair) via HDMI ARC port (the HDMI port 2 on TV). The first time I plugged them together it just worked, the TV told me a sound output was found and offered me to use it. It was all great, until I´ve turned the tv OFF. From that moment I had no sound at all (using HDMI ARC, with Airplay 2 it´s all OK). I´ve unplugged it all and restored tv to Factory Settings, but this time I´ve disabled the “quick start” option of the tv (as mentioned for a user in a forum). It worked the first time, then the issue came back, no sound at all. My cables are HDMI 2.1, and just to make sure, I´ve used the original one provided with the Beam. I´ve unplugged everything from the wall, waited 30s, plugged it back, still no sound. The ouput on TV is set to HDMI-ARC, on Connections Menu the options to auto detect devices, enable Si

Just wonder if I can use this PD charger to charge the ROAM? Would it be too much for it and negative to the speaker? 

I am using a sonos beam with two Ones for surround and a sub connected to my PC’s optical for 5.1. Anyway, the beam sits on my desk (elevated by a speaker stand). Sometimes I’m sitting down when I play games/listen to music, sometimes I put my desk into standing mode. So that means the beam can be either lower to the ground, like when I’m sitting, or higher up, like when I’m standing. Does it matter if I tune trueplay in either position? Would one be more optimal than the other? Should I maybe instead like set the desk height to be in between both for an average?  Also, I’m a bit loathe to walk around the room waving my iPhone. My floors creak. Also I’m never listening anywhere besides either my chair or standing up. Should I still wander the room even though the floors will creak and I won’t be listening at any other position? Thanks.

I recently purchased the Sonos Surround Set. The Arc wasn't working, so I ordered a replacement. I've now had some time to play about with the system. My thoughts: 1) The sound quality is good, but I'm not blown away. I only get a "Wow!" feeling when listening to Dolby Atmos test footage. Now, I realise that sound quality depends on the source, but I wasn't blown away by Blu-Rays and Netflix films that supposedly have good sound quality. 2) The sub seems to make no difference. It is definitely connected and active, but there's no difference when I switch it off and on.  3) The rear speakers (Sonos Ones) are good, but I find that I have to be really close to them to get the benefit. This might be a personal thing. When it comes to the rear speakers, I don't really want a subtle sound that you hear occasionally. I want to feel like I'm in the middle of the film. 4) Night Mode seems to make no difference. Voice Enhancement seems to make no difference. 5) I tested T2 Judgment Day on Blu Ra

Hi all,I've been having issues to stream different music to different rooms with my Spotify account. At the beggining I thought it was because I started the music from voice control but now it happens whether I start streaming from the sonos app or from spotify connect. It just stop the music on the other room and indicates that the account is already on use. I have a spotify premium account and this was never an issue before. Any tips to solve it?? Thanks!

Anyone having issues with playing multiple playlists or songs from Spotify through the same Sonos system? Every time I have something going in one room and then try playing a different playlist or song in another room, it says “Playback stopped on <room>, your account is in use somewhere else.”   Is it just me?

Hi, my Roam has been working fine for the past few days, but I cannot seem to turn it on anymore. I’m using an Apple 20W USB-C charging brick to charge, but all that seems to happen is when I plug it in, the orange light glows for 10 seconds and then it fades away. Following the reset process doesn’t seem to do anything either. Any ideas as to what my problem might be?

I'm having this issue, specifically with the Roam (I have other speakers, including the Move that don't seem to be having this problem). Is anyone else having this issue, where the Roam is skipping or repeating songs? 

I’ve had my Sonos Roam and wireless charger for about a week. It’s been in my office the whole time. Today, I noticed there was no longer a magnetic connection between the Roam and the wireless charger. Why would this happen?

I’m trying to figure out why my Sonos speakers (2 x Play: 1, 2 x Beam, 1 x Symfonisk Bookshelf, 2 x Symfonisk Table Lamps, 1 x Move, 1 x Roam) keeps cutting off.  My router is an ASUS RT-N66U.  Could it be that I need to upgrade my router?  It’s always done a good job except for the music playback on my Sonos speakers recently.  I took a diagnostic.  Can someone take a look at it and point me in the right direction?  272111800 Thank you! Dan
