yesterday they stole my sonos move, being registered in my name in my system, but to use it they have to reset and log in again and create a sonos account, can the cashier be blocked and rendered unusable? can it be located via the police? and also recover ?… Any similar experience?

I suspect that they would only be able to do any ‘block’ based on a police interaction, so your best bet is to report the theft to the police. I’d imagine that if Sonos was to get in the middle of roommate or divorce disputes, things would become complicated for them, responding to an ‘official’ request would ease their legal exposure.
