After many repeated attempts I have been unable to join 2 Move speakers as a stereo pair on WiFi. I follow the instructions but at the last step( as the speakers play the tone) one speaker cuts out completely. has anyone else experienced this, of have a solution?

Try rebooting both Moves following the steps below and reboot your router, and try to pair them again:

  1. Take Move off of the charging base.
  2. Hold the power button for at least 5 seconds, or until the status light turns off.
  3. Wait 10 seconds.
  4. Press the power button or place Move back onto its charging base.

Thank you!!

I did as you suggested, and then tried to pair Move#1 with Move#2 … but it didn’t work :-(

however… I then tried pairing the other way, Move#2 with Move#1 AND THAT WORKED!

I am very happy, but don’t understand why it worked one way but not the other.

looking forward to some really good stereo sounds on the deck tonight!
