Hi,

I have 3 by Wi-Fi discs and 8 Sonos SL.

 

they were working fine but know we experience intermittent cutting out of songs when playing Spotify. Our internet has no issues, it is just the Sonos system although some speakers always work with no interruptions.

 

I have tried resetting th system and it work for a few hours but then reverts back to this state of playing, then having no sound, then skipping to a new song on the playlist.

 

any thoughts?

If practicable, perhaps see if wiring just one Sonos speaker to your main BT Router (not a satellite disc) fixes the issue for you.


Thanks for that. Definitely worked so far. All the system is running on a W1 network.
