What do the 13.1.1, 13.1.2 and 13.1.3 Sonos S2 App updates include? I am asking because Sonos does not clarify these updates. Thanks in advance for any answers

No, Sonos doesn’t release details on minor bug fixes.
From Sonos about updates without release notes:
“...the reason why certain versions are skipped is that we only post release notes for updates with customer-facing features.”
