This has only just started in the last month or so, you add a track to ‘play next’ to the queue which it puts into the queue but just continues past it? 
Any ideas?

Yeah, updated last night. It does seem to be a Spotify issue not managed to get it to fail on soundcloud yet but failing all the time on Spotify? 
 

 


Maybe it’s something that Spotify/Sonos need to fix, but Sonos (& partners) rarely comment on these issues, it’s often a case of waiting for the fix. They are likely aware, but you can report your issue too using the contact/chat support page, if you wish to explore the matter further with Support Staff:

Still not sorted but over the last few days playback now stutters that much it’s too annoying to even listen.  
loved my set up but not that bothered for it anymore 🤦🏼
Ive done all the usual resets, etc.

What advice did the Support Staff give you when you contacted them?

We tried resetting everything up, etc. Sent loads of diagnostics, but then they decided it was down to the  BT router so spent loads of time with them too?? 
Neither Sonos or BT could sort it, I really couldn’t be bothered to contact Spotify too. 🤷‍♂️
