Hi...I have a Beam (V1) mounted under my TV for listening to video. I have my favorite old Pioneer SX-727 receiver for listening to music. How can I use the speakers wired to the Pioneer as my rear channels when listening to video? Is the Sonos Port product what will allow me to pick of the rear-L and rear-R channel, and plug them in as an Aux source on the receiver? (To be clear: Not trying to get audio out of the Pioneer into Sonos, only Rear channels out of Sonos into Pioneer.)  Thank you...Chris  

I would love to get the Pro-Ject T1 and hook it up to an entertainment system with 2x sonos one speakers (gen 2), a gen 3 amp, and an arc. Is that possible? 

I have an Arc, Sub, 2 One SL, and a Boost. 2-3 times per week (that I’ve noticed) Sonos disconnects from my WiFi. I know my WiFi is alive as I work from home and am always connected. I usually notice when I ask Alexa a question and my Arc doesn’t respond. After a few minutes, everything comes back alive. Today I noticed a disconnect and I saw my Sonos devices connect thru the app.  Are there any logs that I can check to determine if it’s a problem with my Boost, Arc, or my WiFi?

Hi—we tried to connect our new Beam Gen 2 to our TV, and now the TV cannot play audio at all.  So we are looking for a new TV that is compatible with the Beam Gen 2.  For those of you that have and use it, what TV have you successfully paired it with?

Hi everyone. First of all I beg excuses for my english.My room has the following configuration: two stereo Five’s and a Sub (gen 2). Five’s are new. The sub is a refurbished one bought on Sonos site in december ‘21.The sub performs correctly. But two minutes after stopping music reproduction, you can hear one single soft “pop”. This happens also when the Sub is off (flashing green light).Is it normal?Diagnostic report 1879570162Thanx! 

Hello,Is it possible to connect YAMAHA RX-VX85 to Sonos AMP just as a FM radio source? There are no speakers connected to YAMAHA RX-VX85. Just the SONOS AMP, 4 IN-Ceilling Speakers, SUB and soundbar.

I'm struggling with where to position my Sonos Arc for atmos sound effect.  The Arc paired with two sonos ones as rear speakers.  My room size is 19ft long x 13ft wide and 7.5ft high with the sofa on the opposite wall 19ft away from the arc.  My TV is mounted on the wall and I was wondering;- Would i be better mounting the sonos on the wall or on the TV unit?- If it is on the wall, how high off the ground should it be?- I have seen videos about angling the speaker to gain a better sound.... is this the case? Any help is much appreciated!

I have just “upgraded” from Connect:Amp to Amp.Previously, I had a Connect:Amp working as a main music player, but when I played the TV through a Playbar, the Connect:Amp would feed surround sound to the attached speakers.I now find with the new Amp that there is only the option to use the Amp as a main source OR as surrounds (front or rear). Can it really be that Sonos has removed functionality from the new product or am I missing something?

Good morning everyone! I’ve been struggling to get the soundbar to work appropriately with my television. I’m constantly having to monitor the volume levels while watching programs because the action will be super loud and the dialogue very quiet. I have the app and see that I only have three settings to work with: bass, treble, loudness. Is there any other function or program I can do to level this out? Is the lack of Apple Music lossless support a Sonos Issue (haven’t got to it yet) or an Apple issue (not allowing other providers to access the lossless streams)?I actually think Airplay does sound better, but that is not why I bought Sonos speakers. Thanks

Hello,I have been forced to turn voice control off on my new ARC because it thinks it hears ‘Alexa’ ALL the time when it hasn’t.  Tonight during playback of a film it activated three times in as many minutes.  It’s infuriating and I’ve had enough.  I shall put a my echo dot Alexa back in here tomorrow unless anyone has any idea how I can make it less sensitive?

Hi, since the update, when I connect my Roam via Bluetooth the blue light now blinks.It works ok and connects to my phone but the light is no longer static.Is this a known new issue?Sent diagnostics - 557426063

I have played Plex music from Sonos for years. Yesterday when I opened any of my Sonos apps when I select Plex I get the message Unable to browse music. I rebooted Plex, reestablished the music service in Sonos and the same. I know Sonos can reach the music in Plex because when I play Sonos Playlists that have Plex music it works. Any idea?

I bought my Sonos Roam couple of months ago I connect everything with my Wi-Fi and my phone two weeks ago I bought new phone I Connect my phone to Sonos App of course but I forgot to connect to Sonos Roam to my new phonenow I’m vacationing in Bahamas and I cannot connect my Sonos Roam via Bluetooth help 

Does anyone know if it's possible to playback video podcast audio to Sonos? All of my video podcasts are greyed out in the Sonos app. I presume because Sonos doesn't support the video file playback.

My library lives on a Synology NAS, and I've succesfully played music from there for months. Recently, I had reason to clean up my NAS user list, and I'm afraid one of the users I cleaned out was the user Sonos was using. I suspect I allowed Sonos to use the Guest account, and I've disabled that.Is there a way to modify the credentials used by Sonos to access a network folder? I'd strongly prefer to create a specific Sonos user on the NAS, and use that to access the folder from Sonos.(If not, I'll just re-enable Guest with read access to the music folder.)

Wondering if this is a known issue or if I have a defective Beam gen 2 that I just bought. With TV on volume up works and volume down always seems to work. Worked fine with my Beam gen 1..

I have a SonosAmp with a fried wireless card and accordingly has to be hardwired. Once I hardwire it, Sonos defaults to SonosNet. However, due to the layout of my home/speaker locations, SonosNet actually leads to worse performance (I have a big physical gap between sonos speakers) as compared to wifi which has better overall coverage. Is it possible to force Sonos to use wifi, even if one of the units is hardwired? I’d like to avoid buying a Boost. 

I’ve been reading about how interference or loss of wireless connection can kick a playlist off the alarm, reverting to Chime which brings up a few questions as this keeps happening to my system. Questions: Is there anyway to set it so when the playlist is stopped it doesn’t play anything? That Chime is SO annoying. My system is wired so why would it stop playing? I don’t get any notification on Sonos that this has happened so I don’t know how to run a diagnostic. Is there anyway to remote in to resume play? If I’m not on-site, I have to drive over to resume play which is also annoying.Thanks!Mateo

My Connect AMP is having issues connecting over wifi. I tried a hard-reset, but it has now had a flashing orange and white LED for the past 15 minutes. There are no speakers attached so I’m sure it’s not an issue with the speaker arrangement. The Connect was connecting to my system fine over ethernet, but when I tried to connect it over wifi via the update network option, my phone was not able to recognize and connect to the AMP. I’m worried that the wifi on it may be “fried”. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. 

Hi,I'm trying to access music stored on a USB in my Nvidia Shield but keeps getting "No selections available" I'm trying to update Music index but nothing, I can access it through Plex but not sure what the quality is like with them being FLAC on the USB. Any 😣 would be appreciated  

Hi guys I having this problem in that for the past 2 days, the Beam only has the left channel working when i was using it with my Samsung TV. Other usage (via Sonos app) works well, with both the beam and surround speakers working correctly. Anyone knows how to resolve this as this really spoils the aural pleasure when watching the tv. Any assistance are greatly appreciated. Thank you

Have a set of Ones set up as stereo pair. Stream content from Sonos app works flawless. But when using Airplay, it only stream to one of the two speakers. And to get them working again, I need to re-configure the stereo configuration. (After an Airplay stream, it destroys the stereo setup even streaming from the Sonos app, even configuration is show present. After re-setup it works again.)I have tried to stream directly from Spotify app and using generic Airplay stream from other source with same results. Narrow issue down to Airplay+Stereo Pair in Sonos.

Hi y’all! I’m thinking of putting Sonos Architectural speakers in my kitchen and living room. There would be one pair in each room. I understand that a single Sonos Amp can handle 2 pairs of Sonos Architectural speakers. For each pair of speakers, I’d like the ability to play music in either set or both sets simultaneously - this is a must. When playing audio in both pairs simultaneously, the ability to control volume in each pair independently would be nice to have, but not necessary. Can I achieve this by using a single Sonos amp? If so, do I need any additional components to make this work? Appreciate your advice.
