I have a brand new Sonos Move that will not work with Microsoft Teams.  It works fine with Zoom, but not with Teams.  It is connected to a Windows 11 system via Bluetooth. Is there something special about Microsoft Teams that I need to configure?

How do I add an app to Sonos that's not listed among the available choices?  I want to add Podcast Addict so I can play my podcasts on Sonos.

I don’t if this is just me, but my font has changed on the apple iTunes on my Sonos app. Also the alphabet isn’t displayed on the side of my artists column anymore. I’ve check if I need to update & everything is current. Has this happened to anyone else? June 2022

At https://support.sonos.com/s/article/4945?language=en_US, “Dolby Atmos” is listed as something distinct from “Dolby Atmos (Dolby Digital Plus)” and “Dolby Atmos (TrueHD)”.My understanding is that Dolby Atmos is metadata which is delivered via either DD+ or TrueHD, but not a format in and of itself.I’d love any clarity here. I’ve got hundredes of Cd’s stored on my PC. However we rarely listen to them anymore as we use Sonos and Spotify.  Does anyone know how I can import it all as a playlist or just as artists? I don’t want to physically upload all the data, just have the Artist Names etc imported to my artists so I can play the music. 

Hello community, I am looking into getting a sonos amp and 4 speakers for outdoor use, my question is am I able to control each pair of speakers separately? 2 speakers will be by the porch and 2 by the pool. Sometimes we just like the smaller speakers by the pool on only. I haven’t purchased anything yet so I’m also open to suggestions. Thank you

Question… I recently purchased an Arc+SL+Sub set, set the EQ/Trueplay in the Sonos app, but unfortunately, I’ve now lost my phone. Will the system retain my EQ and other settings even though I don’t have access to the app? Thanks!

DX: 962911074System won’t update, is sluggish, won’t play most songs on my saved lists and lags alot. I’m using S1 app as I have mixed system play 5’s first gen, play 3’s and some second gen play 5, 1 sound bar,,,I recently unplugged my boost from the wifi hub and it’s hard to do anything with the system reliably, I plugged the play 1 in to see if it just needed to be conected, but no luck,,,, this is frustratingI rebooted my whole internet system, whole sonos system

I recently bought 2 roams with the main goal of pairing them to my outdoor tv. I wanted a Bluetooth speaker so I can move them around rather then have a fixed soundbar. First use worked well set up as a stereo pair however now the sound and voices are a few seconds ahead of my TV and I can’t seem to get them synced up again. I read about a tv dialog sync in the Sonos app but that doesn’t seem to be available for the Roam. Just looking for any other ideas outside of restarting everything. Thanks for the help!

Hello, I recently purchased the Beam Gen 2 and I cannot set it up as a stereo pair sync with the Play 1. I can press the play button on the Play 1 and will play sound from the Beam but they are slightly out of sync and I need to adjust them independently. Anyone know how to rectify this? Thanks

Hi, I placed an order last week for a refurbished sonos move. However, I have not received a order confirmation and do not have an number. When reaching out to support via email they keep asking me for an order number which I do not have. I have the charge on my credit card. 

Hi Sonos Community,Can I use Port to play vinyl on a 30 year old turntable by connecting Port to my 30 year old Marantz receiver and using Sonos speakers? 

For the last few days, (now running 14.6 build 68228040) I’m finding that if I stop the radio, either with the iOs app or by pressing the play/pause button on my Amp, I cannot then restart it.Message is “cannot play ----- radio. Station not found”.This happens if I try to restart withthe app or the play/pause button. Only way to resume is to select the station in favourites and then it starts fine. New behaviour, this used to work flawlessly.Anyone else?

Hello, I have recently needed to take my Apple Music App subscription direct with Apple rather than through my telecommunications carrier. I took up a personal membership. Ever since doing this I needed to reauthorize the access through the Sonos App on my Android phone (current Samsung model) as you cannot add in Apple on the PC version of the Sonos Software. But I cannot get it to work. I have looked through the Sonos community advise, reset everything in the system and even reloaded software. Nothing works and I get this error flow. So to add service and select apple music, the system goes to load up the previously remembered apple ID asks you to press continue asks for your password. you enter your password. Warning bang Javascript: We’ve run into a problem. Try again. OK. You click ok and it dumps you back to step 2. How can I get this to work? 

Can Sonos separate my Playbase as - a center channel and base/sub base and…make my (2) sonos play 1 as the front left channel and right channel making it 3.1?????

I own a roam and a move, is it possible to hook them to a tv without a sonos soundbar?   Is there an adapter of some kind?

My remote for ignite TV  keeps losing connection and I have to repair to control volume    Help please 

My port only plays music through one channel (right speaker). It will work randomly through both channels. I purchased a new amp because I thought it was the problem. So all 3 amps I have used the left channel doesn’t work. It has to be an issue with the port but I can’t get with Sonos support. 

Are there going to be any updates to the sonos roam. It’s horrible now. The Sonia’s move is intuitive.  It has separate button Bluetooth, network connection, resetting.  This has one button and it’s very confusing. I do not use the volume up or down, or the voice button at all.  I use my phone for all of that. Right now I want to simply set up another network on the sonos and it is ten minutes process. This is ridiculous. 

It is really annoying that TuneIn plays adds when opening a radio station in Sonos. Now they even play ads during a piece of nice music.How can we avoid this, is there a work around. Or should there be a possibility to pay for add free radio (thinking about it that the radio stations i listen to als play there own ads) any advice?

I recently purchased an Epson projector (Pro EX9240) and would like to use a firestick and get the audio to play through my landscape speakers which are currently hardwired into a Sonos amp (mono) in my basement.  Do I just need to 1) plug the HDMI firestick into an HDMI Audio Extractor, 2) connect that to the projector using an HDMI cable, 3) then use an optical audio adaptor and run an HDMI to the Amp in my basement?   

I just purchased a Sonos Ray and connected it to a Samsung TV. It seems to work fine. The way it is currently configured is so the audio comes out of both the TV and the Ray. Is this ok, or should I not have audio coming out of the TV and just have sound coming out of the Ray?

My Roam stopped working and is under warranty. 5 weeks ago I called support and was told a replacement was in process. Long story short, I've chatted 3 times and called 3 or 4  times now. No replacement. No answers. Have any of you done something to get a better response? I love my equipment; 6 products so far. But this is my first experience with support and it has been abysmal. HELP!
