Sonos Play 3

I bought 2 second hand Sonia Play 3’s.

I got home and did a factory reset on them. But they won’t show up when I click add product. Sometimes the orange light just stays on. I have tried plugging them into the Ethernet cable hoping it’s a software update they need.

any ideas?

Solid orange indicates a fault condition. https://support.sonos.com/s/article/226

If you can’t clear it by reboot or factory reset you need to contact the seller with a view to a refund.
