Sonos Roam works without any issue, but after fully charging the other day has a steady blinking red light. It is annoying. Any idea how to stop? Thanks.

We recently upgraded our Playbar and Play 5 to an Arc and Sonos Move.Previously we could group our Playbar and Play 5 and listen to TV sound with no issues. However, since upgrading to the Arc and Move, when we group them and play TV sound the Move cuts in and out constantly and is unlistenable. We cant go back to our Play 5 setup as it is the original Play 5 which only works on the original Sonos app, not the upgraded version.Extremely disappointed as we cannot use the Move for the reason we purchased it  >/ Diagnostic report: 1632836691

Have xfinity plex box  and play 1 speakers cut out on commercials. Anybody know how to fix this? Is this an xfinity issue?

HelloI have an issue with Spotify service on Sonos. When i listen to a playlist and then like the song that is playing i go to the queue and select repeat 1 to just play this song for the next couple of times.after doing so, Sonos plays the song once completly and when the song is played the second time it gets restarted after about 15 seconds over and over again.i know there are a couple of threads about this issue and one of them is about one year old and is answered with „known issue, spotify and sonos are working on it“. after having this problem since about 5 years i thought i will ask if there is any solution on the way?EDIT: Diagnostics number 1469809923thank you in advance.willey

Hi all!  I feel I've tried a million things to get my surround system up and running, but I haven't succeeded. The error message I get is this:  "There was a problem adding your surrounds. Check the network connection and make sure your products are powered on". I have the following products:Arc One One SL All three works individually, and the two Ones work as a stereo pair.  I've tried rebooting speakers and wifi without any luck. I've also tried factory resetting without any luck.  I've researched quite a lot but haven't found any fixes. As far as I understand, some Sonos issues are due to the router, but without knowing what the issue is, in my case, it seems overkill to buy a new one, especially if it doesn't solve the problem.  I've sent diagnostics if this helps in any way (Sonos support): 2049259484

I am thinking about buying an Arc soundbar with 2x Sonos 1 speakers for TV. Instead could I buy an Arc with only 1x Sonos 1 and a Move instead of the second Sonos 1? Would this work?

Wonder if any one can help. I have just purchased the beam gen2 I have a Roku streamer approx 6 years old and a Panasonic txp42st30b with hdmi arc that's also about 6/7 years old. I know my Roku can play 5.1 as I had it setup on my old amp. Issue is whenever I set it to play anything other than stereo it doesn't work. I hear the 'click' when scrolling through the menu but when I play the actual program I get nothing unless I set audio output to stereo.

Hi Everyone,  working with a friend of mine to find a solution for him. Currently he’s using a Denon Receiver with which have inputs of an Apple TV, Cable Box and DVD Player then a single output to the TV through HDMI.  Then when he wants to use the headphones he plugs the audio cable into the front of the receiver to push audio to the Headphones.  The Denon is beginning to have some audio issues so we’re coming up with another solution… Remove the Denon and the DVD player since it’s never used.  Apple TV and Cable Box run through separate HDMI to the TV with eARC from the Samsung TV out to the Sonos ARC.   The TV has an Optical out which we could run to the base of the Sennheiser RS175.   What would be the best way to hook this up?  He doesn’t want audio to come out of both ARC and Headphones, but have the option to choose one or the other. Thank you!

Roam has been working flawlessly.   Today, the charging port will not accept the charging cable which will only insert about half way into the slot.  The cable is fine and the port appears clear and normal. Any ideas?

I bought a sonos five from Amazon in Japan, do I need a transformer or a universal voltage for use in China?

Hi ya, I didn’t disconnect my speakers from the old Wi-Fi, how do I set up the system in the new house??Probably very simple but I can’t work it out,Thanks for the help

I got my karaoke setup to work well, but I don’t want to keep unplugging the input into the Beam whenever I’m switching between watching tv vs. singing karaoke.Regular TV Setup: SmartTv => Beam via HDMI eARCKaraoke setup: SmartTv => Mixer via HDMI eARC; Mixer => Beam via Optical&HDMI adapterIs there a way to keep these both set up simultaneously by using two switches to flip between the signals? For example:SmartTv=>switch=>Beam or Mixer… then I’d need another switch just before the Beam to flip between the SmartTV signal (that passes through first switch) or the Mixer signal.

I have a number of playlists created in Plex. Most I can play with Sonos, but the ALL MUSIC one throws an unable to add playlist error, as does a large music one I created

Hi everyone, After working for weeks, my Sonos Arc won't connect to my LG C1. The HDMI is the official one.I'm using the correct HDMI port. All settings are correct , and I've turned everything problematic off. Nothing will get me past the testing connection screen. I've factory reset my TV and my ARC and tried just about everything but I'm at a huge loss for what to do next. Any guidance you can provide would be hugely appreciated.

I am trying to control the sound volume with a remote. I have tried my Chromecast remote and my TV remote and in both cases it only controls the Beam volume not Sonos 5 although they are grouped

I just completed upgrading my Sonos 5 system from Gen 1 to Gen 2 and thought I would need to return the old speakers, but the rep tells me I can keep them.  So why does the upgrade section ask me to print a return label?  Not sure they told me the truth.  Does anyone know for sure??  Thanks!

Hi Community,New to Sonos. I apologize if this is noob question. I have Roam SL paired with 2 devices, (PC and Android). When I use with PC, I must Disconnect before using with Android. When using with Android, I must Disconnect before using with PC. Is this by design?I have Bose headset which I can pause one device and listen on the other without Disconnecting and Reconnecting. (Both devices remain connected)Any insight would be appreciated!Chip

My Playbase suddenly failed to connect to the rest of my system. I have tried to reset, and it is unable to be found. It works with a wired connection, so seems to be a WiFi issue. I have read a bunch of similar problems with the Playbase at the community. Any recommendations? Diagnostic number: 1113609003

Hi,I have just taken over a series of sites that have Sonos at each location, primarily with multiple connect amps at each. The systems have all been created with different accounts, some logins are known and others are not.If we need to reset a site with 8 connect amps on as the login is unknown and updates cannot be applied do we need to remove all amps from the network and add them back one-by-one? Then add at setup we can add the connect:amp(s) to a known account?

I listened to Audible books for many years on my Sonos system. That was Audible.com. I now use Audible.co.uk. I find and begin the books easily. My problem is that the system doesn’t save my place. At first, I noticed it would go back to an earlier chapter. Now, it doesn’t even do that. Every time I come back to a book I have to start from the beginning and jump from chapter to chapter until I get to where I left off. All this assumes I neatly finish listening at the end of a chapter. Otherwise, it is chaos.I spoke to Audible.co.uk help. Of course, they said it was nothing to do with their books. I needed to speak to Sonos. I told them that I had no problem listening to books from Audible.com. They were not impressed.I don’t see anyone else with this exact problem. Anyone have any idea what might be happening? I tried to reinstall Sonos. No difference. I’m using S2.

I’ve tried doing this a few times but never succeeded in what should be a simple process.  In preparation for a trip where I’d like to add the Roam to a different WiFi without resetting it, I’ve just created a new WiFi hotspot at home and am trying to add it to my Roam.Current setup:Many speakers on S1 connected to Sonosnet.Single Roam obviously on S2 connected to same network as S1.Steps taken:Switch on Roam and move phone to different WiFi (the new hotspot) and open S2:Select ‘Unable to find your system’:Select ‘Yes’:Select ‘Yes’:Select ‘Find system’:The App finds two systems even though S1 is disconnected.  This also happened when on holiday, far away from the S1 system.Select ‘Continue’:Select ‘Select’.  I am returned to the ‘Find system’ screen.  If I select that I’m returned to the ‘We’ve found multiple Sonos systems.  Let’s confirm the one you want to update.’ screen. It’s an endless loop. I then tried the ‘Find Missing Products’ option:I get this:Select ‘Continue’:Select ‘Contin

Hoping someone can help with vinyl set up using Sonos Connect. I’ve had this same system working previously prior to a house move but now seemingly am banging my head against the wall.  I have the system set up as Turntable > Connect > Amp (with wired speakers connected). Initially I set this up, selected the Line-In and was getting no output from the vinyl playing. To check, I switched over to Sonos Radio as the input and had the smooth sounds of Cruise Control playing straight away through both the wired speaker and a separate Sonos 1 I paired the Connect to in my system. So that told me the signal is going from Connect > Amp & speakers.I looked at the Line-Out Level and started trying Fixed or Pass Through. This resulted in the vinyl coming through the wired speakers just fine, but left the Sonos 1 coming through incredibly quiet even when up to near full volume in the Sonos app.  If anyone has encountered and/or mastered this problem in the past please do pass on any w

My Symfonisk speakers are used as all-time connected to my Mac via airplay. Both speakers and Mac Mini M1 are connected via ethernet cable to the same switch.Music playback normally works when changing system audio output from system speakers to Symfonisk pair and they will work without issues, but that “depends”. Depends on that is some audio (youtube, program, spotify) making noises is still active on a computer. If I stop playback of anything for 1-2 min and try to play something again - from browser, movie - there is no sound. I need to change again output to built in speakers and again - to Symfonisk pair.Saddly I need to stop my playbacks many times during my working day I need to answer a phone and that makes that I need to each time flap the output - this is very annoying issue. My diagnostics 1781489933

This problem occurs when I am playing music via Spotify in a group and I try to adjust individual volume in the Sonos app. When I adjust the individual volume on one speaker, it affects the volume on every other speaker in the group. Also, the speaker I am adjusting bounces to different level. This just started happening today. It worked for two years without this problem.

I have Sonos speakers in several rooms.  I would like to connect my Sony receiver, Sony Turntable and Sony CD Player so that they can play my large vinyl and CD collections over my Sonos System.  I don't have non-Sonos speakers that I want to attach to my receiver, but I do have a Sonos speakers in the room where the equipment is.  What I am thinking of doing is to hook up the turntable and CD player to the receiver, then connect the receiver to a Sonos Port.  My receiver does have a REC OUT connection if that is needed in this scenario. I seem to be getting various opinions from different sources on whether this will work or not.  Is there anyone in this community that can give me solid advice on this topic?  Thanks.
