I bought a sonos five from Amazon in Japan, do I need a transformer or a universal voltage for use in China?

The Sonos Five internal AC power supply will cope with 100-240V 50/60Hz, so if you’re supply is within that limitation, you should be fine. See ‘Power & Connectivity’ under the Tech. Specs. here:
