Have xfinity plex box  and play 1 speakers cut out on commercials. Anybody know how to fix this? Is this an xfinity issue?

If it’s only on commercials, it’s likely something going on with Xfinity. Sonos wouldn’t have any idea if/when commercials were playing, the data stream looks the same to them. 
 

And if you’re talking about surround speakers, it’s likely that the commercials are in stereo, and not a surround format, so the surround speakers wouldn’t be getting anything to play anyway.
