Roam Charging

Roam has been working flawlessly.   Today, the charging port will not accept the charging cable which will only insert about half way into the slot.  The cable is fine and the port appears clear and normal.

Any ideas?

Problem resolved.  Tiny obstruction in the slot I hadn’t noticed.  Thank you.

This is what I see on a Roam that powers/works okay…

If it’s not similar and looks like a hardware fault, then perhaps photograph the Roam’s port with/without cable inserted, submit a Sonos diagnostic report from the ‘Settings/Support’ area of the Sonos App. Make a note of the reference generated, and when practicable, contact/chat to Sonos Support Staff about the matter via this LINK and see what they can suggest to resolve the matter.

Make sure that the charging cable plug is undamaged.
