Hi everyone,

 

After working for weeks, my Sonos Arc won't connect to my LG C1.

 

The HDMI is the official one.

I'm using the correct HDMI port.

All settings are correct , and I've turned everything problematic off.

 

Nothing will get me past the testing connection screen.

 

I've factory reset my TV and my ARC and tried just about everything but I'm at a huge loss for what to do next.

 

Any guidance you can provide would be hugely appreciated.

 

 

 

 

 

I would certainly try a different HDMI cable and ensure ‘Simplink’ is enabled on the LG TV with the HDMI-ARC port (HDMI-2) set to ‘passthrough’ its audio in the TV sound-out settings.

If the LG TV has ‘device connector’ built-in to its WebOS operating system, then ensure the HDMI-Port-2 is set for use by a Sonos Manufactured Soundbar.

Don’t forget to perform the "TV Setup" in the Sonos App “Settings/System/Arc Room Name]” as required.
