I’m traveling with my ROAM, so not on my home wifi-network (where all my other sonos devices are connecfed;  all other devices show in Sonos app on my phone, but wilth an error as they are not on the wifi where I’m at)ROAM is connected on iPhone via bluetooth, but the device is never shown as a device option in the music apps so I can’t get the music to play through the ROAM.How do I get the music being streamed on my iPhone (iOS 15.5)No clue what firmware/version the ROAM is on -- have never had it connected to a wifi:  only time I ever try to make it work I’m away from home and can’t figure out if changing the network in my Sonos app will impact the home-based devices (that my husband is using).  

I have a Samsung 2022 The Frame TV and Sonos ARC. After casting music to the Sonos from an app like pandora, and then disconnecting from the Sonos, I cannot hear audio through the TV. It requires a full power-cycle for the Samsung to recognize that the Sonos is connected over eARC. Has anybody seen this? I feel like the default behavior should be the eARC link is the highest priority sound source. Thanks,

For years amazon music has worked fine without issue.Within the last few weeks it keeps failing raising an error message:Your Amazon account is missing required information.  Please go to music.amazon.com on a computer web browser and update your information.  It may take several minutes for your account information to update. Going to music.amazon.com doesn’t show anything thats an issue, the account is up to date and can play just fine through amazon. I can remove the amazon account from sonos, then re-add it, and music will work fine for a couple hours then fail again with the same error.  Having to do that repeatedly is a giant pain. Any help on how I can get back to this just working?

Hi,I just moved, and need to put my existing SONOS system back together, I also have some legacy equipment that I’d like to include.  (Most of this was incorporated previously, but everything is jumbled around into different rooms because the sizes and layout of the new house are different.)Specifically, I want to include a CD player, receiver, and legacy speakers. (I know; CD players are so 20th century. All my CDs have been ripped to my computer, and I play them from there. But I have a wife who will never figure out how to run the SONOS system from her phone. She also likes to use the receiver for the amazingly old-fashioned purpose of tuning into over-the-air radio, especially NPR.)  It seems that the right configuration is  CD Player  (RCA)=>  SONOS Port  (RCA)=>  Receiver  =>  SpeakersIt’s clear to me that this works to play physical CDs into any part of the SONOS system. So I am resubmitting it with a few slight changes in the details.----------Hi, I’ve been using Sonos since 2009 with few issues but I’m having a problem with my Roam that is frustrating, unpredictable and seems to have no solution other than to wait for it to sort itself out.The Roam is visible as “offline” when it is switched off but is not visible in the S2 app when switched on. It’s clearly still connected to the network in some way as the app shows when it’s switched off (visible in the app) and it disappears when it’s switched on. It can also replay the last music that was played on it by pressing the play/pause button, and given that the current album is stored on the network it clearly still has access to the network. I have tried changing the channel, resetting the router etc. but the problem persists. I have tried on multiple devices and the same problem

I have purchased a Sonos Ray and connected via optical cable to a LG 55 Web OS TV with Magic Remote. Now, everything has appeared to be connected correctly along with Sonos 2 app on my Oppo Android phone. I believe I have tried all settings on the TV and the Sonos app, however, the sound is much less in quality than what the TV produces. Yes, more Bass but quite burring. Voice has like a added burr at the end of each word. Tried more and less Bass and Treble but that does not work. Night Sound and Voice Enhancement on Sonos does also not work. On the TV, I have changed all of the sound settings to no avail. I previously used a Yamaha Soundbar which I now think was a better proposition due to far less sound distortion. Where do I go from here?

Hi there,I have been running a Sonos1 & Sonos2 system for the last couple years with the problem screen shot included in this post.The screen shot occurs occasionally (every 3-5 times) when I use the SONOS2 app. Disturbingly often when I just need to pause or reduce the voluneThe system is setup as I want it with 2 zones on 2x sonos1 connect amps , 4x sonos2 as i cant afford to upgrade my other amps at this stage.This  message on the screenshot is a bit confusing. Can you advise what I can do to stop this popping up? 

We know sonos is VERY slow on making alexa and google i) available in other locations (even if in english) and ii) in local language.but today all of the sudden the sonos skill just disappeared from the amazon skill store.i can install alexa on my beam, she will say hello, but when i call the service, the beam goes into listening mode for a bit and nothing happens. anyone else facing the same issue?

I have a Sonos Roam which is want to use as both a portable speaker but also as an integrated room music device. I have the wireless charger too.The roam turns itself off after a certain time, which means it will not react to voice commands. When I am using it as a room music device I want the speaker to stay on, and even when on the wireless charging stand still turns off. Is this normal?I didn’t have this problem before using the Sonos wireless base.  

I have a good understanding of how the S2 network works on my own setup, with multiple wired devices and some SonosNet, STP, etc, all works well.A neighbour has S1 (Play5’s S1) and is getting Arc & Sub, so will have to create a new S2 environment. He is using SkyQ for his network for existing S1. What I cant seem to find the answer to is with S1 and S2 on same network, are there 2 SonosNet networks each using a different channel? If so is it best to chose the channel on each, or leave to auto? TIA!Craig 

I have the Ray bar & 2 x Play: 1's in surround set up and there seems to be some kind of glitch when i use my remote to turn the volume down. I've repeated the remote setup process a few times & still get the same issue, if i use the volume down button on the remote, the sound goes off completely, if I tap the volume up button the sound returns.

Hello since the downmixing with the latest update started working I encountered a new problem. When I put ps5 to AV amplifier and 5.1 it works just fine. But when I switch to my nvidia shield and back to ps5 there’s no sound. I have to put 7.1 for it to work again or restart the TV. I have eARC enabled in tv, passtrough and bitstream on hdmi. Its the same with my Xbox series X when using uncompressed 5.1 audio it works until I use my nvidia shield then the sound is goneAnyone else having the same problem or have any idea what I might do wrong (Also if I pull out the shield the sound comes back immediately)

Hello,I’m moving in to a new place in a new country so I’m having a fresh start device-wise.Only thing I own for the moment is an Apple TV 4K. I don’t want to buy a TV so I will buy/use a 4K projector to watch movies. When I listen to music, I’m using Apple Music from my iPhone and I also have a record collection that is following me. I plan on buying a record player with a built-in pre-amp (https://www.denon.com/en-us/product/turntables/dp-300f)I thought about buying two Sonos Five in stereo for the living room, one being connected to the record player through line. A Sonos One for the bedroom. And a Sonos Move that I could move between the Balcony/Kitchen. Maybe I’ll add a sub-woofer in the living room as well.Would this work? Would everything be connected together?However, I don’t think I’ll be able to leverage Dolby Atmos from Apple Music/ Apple TV with this set-up.From my understanding, I would need an eARC cable going from my projector to a Sonos Arc/Bean right to enjoy Dolby Atm

Lately my rear surround speakers (Sonos One SL’s) start making a gurgling or bubbling sound (it's hard to describe) after watching TV for a few hours. I have a Sonos Arc connected via Ethernet cable, and my Sub and the One SLs use Wi-Fi.Either unplugging the two One’s or my Arc momentarily fixes the problem, but this is happening multiple times a week lately.BTW, originally my Arc was using Wi-Fi also, but I recently changed to Ethernet to see if it helped.The Arc has a Static address in my router, the rest of the system use dynamic IPs, but they never change. The speakers are in the same room as the router (Asus AX86U). I’ve changed the SonosNet Channel to 1 which is the furthest from my router’s signal. The audio comes from the HDMI ARC of a Sony XBR-75X900E. Has anyone else experienced this or have suggestions to fix?

So, the goal is to have the music come on at a specific time and play a specific playlist via Spotify.  We have 2 sonos products. A Sonos Amp (controlling a variety of ceiling speakers) and a Sonos One.  They are groups together -- however, they cant be at the same volume level. The Amp needs to be at 50, while the One needs to be at 12.  How can we set the alarm to have a specific volume for each? Or is there another way?  Thank you

Hello,I’m having an issue when I try to add my Sub (wifi) to my Playbar (wired with wifi disabled). The iOS app chugs away for a while, then says, “There was a problem adding your Sub. Check the network connection and make sure your product is powered on.”However, when I exit that screen, it shows the Sub paired to the Playbar – I can turn it on/off, manage its EQ, etc. However, when I play something through the Playbar, no sound comes out of the Sub.I’ve submitted diagnostics 1420622505. So, I was able to successfully get my new Sonos One to show up in Google Home. However, it wont show up in the Spotify groups -- Ive tried disconnecting and re-linking everything. any ideas? Only 3 of the 4 show up.I do use TP-Link everywhere. Thank you! 

Sonos Model Play 1 stopped connecting to system orange light flashes when attempting to connect via wifi or Ethernet cable to router.  Have attempted to reset by unplugging for up to 1 minute.

It’s happening again. Worked fine yesterday and now this morning I keep getting error messages about SiriusXM using an unsupported digital rights management system. Please help.

I bought my Beam when it was first released. It worked beautifully until about 6 months ago. Now voices are low and difficult to hear. I turn the volume way up to hear the voice during a movie or show. However, during a music segment it blasts me. I can’t watch tv like this. I did re-tune TruePlay and Speech Enhancement is turned on. In fact, toggling Speech Enhancement makes no difference. Any ideas? Can a Beam be repaired?

I must be being rather thick, but I don’t see how I can search for a particular composer in Amazon Music Unlimited. For example, if I search my local music library for “haydn” on the PC app, then I get a list of all the variations of haydn - I can then pick one and see all the albums under that composer (e.g. Michael Haydn, rather than Franz Joseph). This isn’t great, and is why I always use the folder view - but it’s better than nothing. However, if I search Amazon music, then there isn’t a composer tab, so I can only see a mish-mash of haydn related info under Artist or Album or Songs. On the phone app, I don’t even seem to be able to choose which dataset to search, but if I choose the composers tab then it only shows my local library. Neither the phone of the PC apps seem to find anything by Michael Haydn.What am I missing, please?
