I’m considering to buy the new Sonos Sub mini.

Can you confirm to me that it will be compatible with my Sonos Playbar :

Yes, the Sub Mini is compatible with the Playbar when running S2.

Since the Playbar already has some bass capability itself, it might not add very much to it. Make sure you can send it back if that is the case.

It's only tbe Playbase, I think, that has a built in subwoofer. So there is a good chance a subwoofer would significantly enhance the bass on the Playbar.

Playbar + Sub Gen 1 makes a substantial difference. I’m sure the Sub Mini will also.
