help with sonos roam

Help recently my Sonos Roam has run into a few issues my Sonos Roam is unresponsive when it charges and when I hold the power button for like 10 seconds its a solid red

Charge ROAM for an hour, remove it from the charger, then press and hold the power button for at least 15 seconds.

I have encountered the same problem with this speaker several times. The diagnosis is always the same. If your speaker keeps a fixed orange LED and does not respond to the startup and factory reset, your battery is defective. If your speaker is still under warranty, contact Sonos support to obtain an RMA.
