Same problem here, also doesn’t work through PocketCasts or TuneIn.

The issue with DR Radio is still ongoing as the status page shows. I would just monitor that page to see when the fix has been put in place.

Thanks

The status page has changed to OK, for “DR Lyd”.

But it still doesn’t work for me: “Unable to browse music - there was a problem connecting to DR Lyd”, like it has for the last couple of days.

Have tried to remove/reinstall the service within sonos, no help.

Anything else I need to retstart, to re-connect to DR Lyd ?

Might be worth trying a reboot of your router, in case they’ve changed the DNS routing, and your router is stuck with the old data.

Thanks for the suggestion. But my router does not manage any dns ;-)

But I’ll try to flush my caching dns though…

As expected. Even a complete flush of *all* cached dns data in my local caching name-server, did not change anything.

But thanks for the input, one more thing tried, to fix the problem.

Note that I didn’t say that your router managed DNS itself, only that it may have had old data in it. (cached)

I’d be awfully tempted at this point to submitting a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and calling Sonos Support to discuss it. The hard data that might be in that diagnostic might go a long way in helping determine what the issue is, and unfortunately, those of us who are not Sonos employees don’t have access to those logs.

Trust me, when I tell you, that my router does not cache anything.

I will do so, as it still does not function, at all. Thank you for the links. I will post  a reply here, when there is news on my problem.

And my “delayed” answer is due to, that we probably live in different time-zones.

Greetings from Denmark

Diagnostic send to technician, via support(chat), and awaiting answer.

Most likely, there is an update in pipe-line, that isn’t available for my system yet. But a technician will clarify that…

And yes, I have an issue, and there is nothing I could have done to correct the problem.

Will keep you updated..

And now (20 Sep 2022 16:02:02 CEST), it started working. Although haven’t heard from Sonos yet.
