Hi, I need some help on this one. I can’t connect to Apple Music with my sonos system anymore. I am basically asked to reauthorize again and again Apple Music for Sonos, but never worked. No possibility to play any title and no access to my library. Checking Apple music third-party app with authorization, Sonos S2 does not appear. I do the basic process as usual when adding a music service. This worked before. Don’t know where the issue comes from. Any idea ? Note: My apple music is a student one. Are you aware about any compatibility restriction with sonos ?

I Haven't used my SONOS in a couple months, but when returning to it, it asked me to re-authorise apple music. Which it tries to do, i click on authorise, with the correct email and password i use for my apple music, it says “authorisation complete” then when i go to my music it just says “unable to load music”Why is this happening?I also want to state, i have factory reset the sonos and the sonos app on my Android phone.

Where can I sell gently used equipment?  Does sonos do buy backs?

Is there different gens of the Sonos Fives and when using them as surrounds do they need to be vertical or horizontal or does it matter? 

I have a new Sony 4k blu-ray player that has two hdmi outputs.  One is full hdmi with video and the other is audio only.  I’d like to run the full one to my tv for movie playback through my Sonos 5.1 system but would like to bypass the tv for listening to cds.  Will the Amp take the signal from an audio only hdmi or do I need an external DAC? Moderator Note: Modified for technical accuracy (replaced Connect Amp with Amp).

Moved house with new router.  S2 app does not recognise the boost, the rest of the system was found and is on the regular wi-if network.  tried various things, rebooting router, changed cables, changed sockets in the router and on the boost, tried a factory reset on the boost - but now it just has the green flashing indicator lighthow do I get the boost to connect and provide the dedicated network for Sonos that is needed to prevent drop out etc

Have had this setup since July and for awhile during some movies on cable tv HBO, Stars and others I will get a crackling through the Arc during voice parts. Doesn’t happen every time.  submitted a diagnostic with number 2050195451

Sonos Roam drops out after 15 mins every time I connect to BBC Sounds via wifi. No problem with connecting to Spotify 

I have 5 speakers One / Sub and play 5. My system is conected with wi fi Cable to One of the speakers and all speakers run at separate chanel in network. the trouble i have is when changing track via Sonos App or even Spotify AirPlay the speakers dont sync.it takes 3-4 secends to all speakers play in sync again Why //  

The 2 Play:1 units and my Play:5 are constantly dropping out or cutting in and out. The wifi seems fine. I’ve submitted a diagnostics check: 1878567193can this be checked out by a Sonos representative?

Hello everyone!I am planning to buy a Sonos system but I have a lots of doubts about what to get, hope you can help me.The system is for a house bar, we play everything trough the TV (Youtube, spotify, netflix, sport games in the TV, etc) we do not watch movies, just music videos in youtube or just music from spotify, the sustem will be for music; so I am planning to use an ARC with the sub for it, also I want to add two ones but no to use them as sorrounds, my question is: This set up would work good for music? It would be loud and clear? What if I change the ones with two fives, this would sound good with the arc? Is this set up Im planning to get a good idea or it would be better to use an amp with regular speakers? Hope you could help me, thanks in advance!  PS: One of the reasons I am thinking to get sonos is that I also want to have the option to add more speakers in another space of the house where I could play the same music of the bar at the same time.Remember, the main or onl

Hi, I can't seem to find Twitch on my Play 1 speakers. I usually use either Alexa or my Android phone to use Sonos. A few other music streaming services are available, like Mixcloud. Will Twitch be available? A lot of my favourite DJs only play on Twitch.

I currently have my LG Oled C8 connected via eArc to a Beam Gen1, with 2 Sono One’s at the rear. What would be the best upgrade path for me? Adding a Sonos Sub Mini, or upgrading the Gen1 Beam to a Gen2?   

Hello,I would like to suggest a new feature for the iOS App of Sonos. It would be great to have profiles for the EQ that automatically set at a given time the EQ according to a preset config/profile.E.g.: I could create two EQ profiles that automatically adjust the EQ once a given time is reached (skipping loudness in this example); “Profile Day at 8AM” with Bass +10 and Treble +5 and “Profile Night at 9PM” with Bass -10 and Treble +0.→ That is it for the basic feature! The Sonos sound system seems to be currently unaware of the night/day time and does not adjust accordingly.Most of my home and/or smart devices etc. are “going to sleep” (and “wake up” as well) at a given time I set; dimming the light, filtering blue light etc. and that would be an awesome feature for the sound system as well. More ideas for fine-tuning or extra features:Support different profiles for different days; this way weekends could have “a little extra hour of full sound” or something like that. I’m having an issue with the volume of the system going up way too high when playing a playlist and it’s the 3rd or 4th song on the list. It gets so high that I can’t leave music playing without having the phone in hand to turn it down when this happens. It’s gets so loud almost full volume but the volume setting stays same, just acts like somehow the content volume is changing. I have to skip song to fix issue. It happens every time. Anyone else with this issue? Im curious how to resolve this. 

I have a sonos arc connected with hdmi arc to my tv. If I get a connect amp and use it with my (non Sonos) ceiling speakers connected through an optical cable to my tv will it work?

There is a nightmare I have where i can’t log in to a really important site because I can’t remember my password, or at least the one I can remember isn’t accepted. However, there is a “forgot your password” button and I am emailed a reset password email, which I follow, to a new password that is accepted by a website, a forum, but not where I want to log in.ON the Sonos App. I am baffled that this nightmare has come to life: Sonos app asks me to log in but doesn’t accept my password. I reset and am directed to the website. When i go back to the app, again I am told the password is incorrect, but I can reset my password. And so the merry go round continues. I know the propagation of the password information can take a few minutes, or that you can’t update an account that doesn’t exist. Doesn’t apply. I also thought I should update the app, that might fix it. Oh, you need to login to update... So how is it reset my password on the Sonos app is broken and how do i log into my Sonos app s

My Sonos Move is so useless we’ve stopped trying to use it.What a total waste of money.I’ve had it for over two years and it constantly disconnects itself from WiFi AND Bluetooth.When I’ve finally got BOTH connected again it still won’t play ANYTHING - WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY.I bought a cheap ‘ Creative Muvo Mini’  Bluetooth speaker and it works perfectly EVERY time - why is SONOS so difficult to use! Sent from my iPad

Hey I’m sure this has been asked before but having spent some time searching the forums I can’t find a definitive answer.Can I play Apple Music Lossless audio through my Sonos system? My understanding is that this isn’t possible through the S2 app, but does this work via Airplay? ThanksRex

Looking for some input on rear speaker placement.   There is about a 12-inch shelf between the wall and couch, but its slightly below the couch level. Ear level is about 4ft. The doorway can be closed off, but there is nowhere to mount speaker above it.  I feel my only option is to wall mount the One SLs on the wall behind the couch, but not sure on placement or height. I’m thinking each corner of the couch with them tilted downward, but what height would you recommend? FYI System is Beam (Gen2) ONE SLs for surround, and Sub Mini once it arrives. All the AV equipment supports Dolby Atmos.  

Hi,My Sonos Beam is connected via a HDMI cable to the TV. But my Router/Moden is at the other end of the flat and I cannot connect my Sonos Beam to the home network via an Ethernet cable.Now my question is: Can I connect my Sonos Beam via WiFi to my home network?Thanks

One of my speakers ended up (Sonos one) in a bathtub of water for less than a minute.  I hit it with the blow dryer. It seems to be fine, but should I soak it in rice? Any other advice?
