Hello Everyone,

I wanted to know if you have the same problem, in the Sonos app (S2), I have installed the Apple Music service, when I want to play all tracks, the Sonos app gives the error number 1002.

Please let me know.

Thanks for your post!

Error 1002 generally refers to an issue loading a batch of tracks into the queue - Sonos allows 20 seconds for such an operation, and if the loading takes too long 1002 is the error you’ll see.

How many tracks are you trying to add? This typically happens with more than 500 tracks. Do you get the same error if you try to add less tracks?
