Hello. I have multiple sets of Sonos speakers and want to connect one set to my Beam for a simple home theater. I can play music through any combo I like, but when I try to add surrounds to the Beam, they aren’t recognized. Help please?

If the speakers are paired, you must unpaired them before adding as surrounds.

Which speakers are you trying to add? For instance, neither the Moves, nor the Roams can be used as surround speakers.
If you’re using Ones, or Fives, or the like, you may want to reboot your router as one potential solution, although more detail might assist in honing in on the issue you’re dealing with.
