Hello forum, I’m going crazy trying to solve the issues of the Sonos Arc constantly disconnecting from the TV eARC every power cycle and reverting to the internal speakers. Have tried every possible combination, enable, and disable without luck.Auto Power Cycle (ON and OFF) Auto Device Detection (ON and OFF) SIMPLINK (HDMI-CEC; ON) QuickStart+ for LG (ON and OFF) HDMI Ultra Deep Color (Enable and Disable) Instant Game Response (Enable and Disable) All HDMI Cables Tested HDMI cables connected to TV no luck HDMI cables disconnected except Sonos no luck HDMI-CEC setup only for the Sonos ARC eARC enabled I’m running out of options to test, is very disappointing and frustrating that a soundbar of 1000€ + 800€ sub is constantly required to setup every day to enjoy.Have run a diagnostic 303498386.System version 14.19 and LG TV updated to lasted software.(65NANO866)If anyone can help will be much appreciated.

Hello. im trying to set up my system. It used to be under my exs account but I want my own. The app will only recognise his account and not mine details. I have a bridge and zone play zp90 please help I’m so new to this 

My wife and I want to control our SONOS system separately from each of our own SONOS accounts. When she attempts to log into SONOS, she is directed to log into my account and no option is given. How can she use her own music services to control our shared system?

I looked around Sonos help articles but still not sure regarding network setup for 2 Sonos Amps with surround so asking the community here. I have the following setup: Family theatreArc - connected via ethernetSub - wireless2x Surround Ones - wireless BackyardAmp powering 2 external speakers - wirelessPassive sub powered by dedicated amp connected to Amp I'm looking to add another Amp to the backyard powering 2 more external speakers for surround sound. Can the 2nd Amp remain wireless along with the existing Amp or does the Amp powering the current front speakers need to be wired using ethernet before I can add the 2nd Amp? Appreciate any feedback here!

A friend is visiting me for a couple weeks. He is a Sonos user. He only sees my music (Pandora, etc) on his Sonos app. How can he access his Pandora playlists, etc and play on my system.

What trackers does Sonos authorise in their apps?

Have a amp and cd player with decks in our dining room at the moment.. but would love a way to hear this in other rooms .. and replace the current alexa speakers ..  Is it possible to plug something in to my amp that will let me broadcast to a Sonos speaker? Sorry if this is non technical and clumsily written 

I have my Sonos system which is generally pretty stable. Today I got the dreaded “connection to Spotify was lost” error. Diagnostic number is 591945114  The Connect I was using at the time is wired. 

Hii need an help. I can’t listen neither dolby plus neither dolby atmos with a new tv lg qned and Sonos arc. i’ve tried everything but the only Signal is stereo pcm. How can i do?

Hi Forum!! Need again help to fix the connections between my LG TV and the ARC, since every time I turn off/onn the tv the connections is lost and have to redo the setup process to gain sound via HDMI ARC. (LG 65NANO886) Already have the last software update, but still have the same issues. I have run a diagnostic which is 11742033711. (The CEC features are off for the blu-ray but the problem still happens) 

Hi,I have a Sonos setup consisting of an Arc, Sub gen 3 + 2x One SL.My hearing in my left ear is less good than that in my right ear. So I would want to turn up to volume of the left surround speaker more compared to the right one.I don't see an option to do that. But maybe there is. Does somebody know?I can't physically move the left speaker closer to me to solve the issue.I tried achieving my goal in 2 ways:Not use Trueplay. Then configure the left surround at the maximum distance in the app (assuming this would cause the volume to be the loudest for it) and turn the setting for the right surround one to be closer. That didn't seem to make much difference, and I would also like to use Trueplay. I also tried using Trueplay, and after doing that turn Trueplay off for a second, and then configure the left + right surround as I did under number 1 above. After that turn Trueplay back on. That also didn't help.What I am looking for is just volume sliders per surround speaker - then I could

Hiya, I am currently running a playbar 1.9.1  and 2 x play 5s. 1.13 & 2 x play 1s 1.21. Will i be able to still run my play 5s and play 1s  from a sonos ray or beam ?. 

Suddenly I noticed a distorted crackling sound when watching TV and listening to music with deep bass.I have tried factory reset and did a new Trueplay configuration.The problem is still there. You think it is a problem with the bass speaker itself?Any ideas? I guess my warranty has expired.Help!

I can add my music library, which is on an external USB drive without a problem. However, none of the contents of this library is imported to the Sonos S1 app--no selections are visible at all. I’ve tried removing and re-adding the library three times, turning file sharing on and off, choosing “update music library now,” giving Sonos S1 full disk access, all to no avail. How do I get the tracks to load and index into the app? Using a MacStudio running Monterey.

I have a Sonos Amp and two Symfonisks and would like to use Tidal. In the Tidal app, I can see all devices when clicking on the Cast button. When I select the speakers, the cast icon keeps blinking, but it never connects, even for minutes. The issue is the same with 4 different android devices in our household.Our network is a AVM Fritz! Mesh Wlan, but even with all devices in Sonosnet the problem persists. RegardsChris

Hi,I have a Sonos Amp and two Symfonisks and have been trying out various streaming services. Tidal and Qobuz are not in the list of services. I have tried it out with the Android app and with the Windows application.Deezer is available in the list and has been working without issues, but I have been using Tidal for a while and would like to stay with it. RegardsChris

Got home yesterday and I noticed that my arc’s light was cycling a flashing green light then it would go to a flashing white light after. I went on the app and noticed it was no longer connected to my network. when i try to factory reset it does not go through the normal cycle of white to orange to green while holding the button on the back.Only when I let go of the button does it go straight to green. Ive tried multiple different things like leaving it unplugged, attaching an Ethernet cable and nothing seems to work. i feel like my last hope is to call Sonos on monday.Also when i try to connect the sonos with my network through that app the sonos app crashes.and yes i have tried uninstalling the app many timesI have tried two different iphones as well and they both crash the sonos appi would appreciate any help

Hello, I have a tv that has Arc but no eArc. I am thinking of buying a blu ray player that has an HDMI input only for audio (audio output only).Can I connect an HDMI cable from the blu ray player's audio output to the sonos beam 2 input to play uncompressed Atmos from UHD discs?I understand that the arc output of the tv cannot output audio with high bitrate such as atmos and others. So my only option is to output the audio from the player to the bar, and while it should work, I don't know for sure.Thanks and regards.

Hi there, I’m trying to figure out the best setup for my new home audio set up. I have13 Bestbuy Sonance ceiling speakers (4,5 zones). Most zones have 2 pairs. Some have 3. Sonos arc sb below TV.  Will buy the Sonos sub behind the TV 2 of the ceiling speakers are in the tv room but they are front and back of the sofa  4 other ceiling speakers in the same zone in the kitchen open space to the living room Considering if I need the Sonos Ones for the TV All speakers wires, TV HDMI (arc) cables are ran in a media room.what do you guys recommend for the amplifier setup where I cancontrol all zone or each zone with Apple music independently Use the ceiling speakers in the kitchen + living room zone with the arc and sub for the best TV audio experience. Easy to control with Siri, Alexa etcI’m pretty noob in home audio. From my early research, seems like getting a Sonos amp per zone should work for what I want? Hi all, I have a challenge for you…I have a PS5 connecting to the game port on a Samsung Q90 TV and then the Q90 connecting to to a Sonos beam Gen 2 via the E-arc port. I have 2 x Play:1’s serving as surround speakers. I have the ps5 set to output the audio stream as bitstream to the TV. TV is set to “pass-through” on the audio settings. I am trying to play a blu-ray from the PS5 which I can see (from the PS5 screen) is outputting as LPCM 5.1, 48khz. However, when I look at the Sonos app it shows up as Stereo PCM, so it seems to be down mixing. If I put my ear really close to the rear surrounds I can just about hear a faint noise, but it’s not what you would call surround sound. Has anyone come across this? I think the config is okay - if I play a blu-ray from the ps5 using Dolby true-HD 5.1 it plays fine in all it’s surround sound glory and shows up on the sono app as True-HD. I am also getting good surround sound from Amazon Prime, so I think this problem is related to LPCM 5.1 only.

Recently bought a beam and SONOS sub mini. Unboxed and went to connect to my Girlfriends TV only to realize its a cheap TV and does not offer optical out, only RCA and SPDIF via coax.Has anyone successfully obtained an audio converter for any sonos sound bars, to convert either the RCA or Coax out, into a converter then Optical out using the SONOS supplied optical to HDMI adaptor into the beam?Trying to get an idea, whether using this would work? Or using a HDMI switch with an optical output. This would then mean audio out only for HDMI devices. I am in Australia where we get free to air TV so i would not get Audio out of the Beam for this as this is connected via Coax from Aerial. Thats fine as i really only want audio for movies which will be comes from an external device. Thanks.

I am a long time Spotify user with the old Sonos Play:5.  Usually I stream to Sonos directly from Spotify app on the phone (although I can do it though the S1 controller as well).  I have been thinking of transitioning to Apple Music.  I used a free third party app to move around 8 playlists from Spotify to Apple Music, and then I created new playlists within Apple Music.  I added Apple Music to S1 as well.  I can see Apple Music playlists through the S1 app, but only those that transitioned from Spotify; I don’t see the ones I created from scratch within Apple Music.  I would appreciate some help.
