Hi I have a beam gen1 and sub in my lounge,I’m thinking about upgrading to an arc but wondering if an arc and sub would be too much in a 16x12 room it will be connected to a Sony a84j tv with e arc

I assume that the room size is 16ftx12ft? The Arc will be fine in a room of that size, as the volume control is the key driver. You’ll notice a great improvement. 😁
