Do others have non stop issues with a multi PLAY 1 system. Mine is disappointing.

Drop songs non stop from various speakers.  I think the software for sonos is under performing.

I’ve got half a dozen PLAY:1s, no dropouts in any of them. I suspect you’ve got some wifi interference or  other network issues, but there isn’t enough information in your post to be sure, one way or the other. That being said, it’s highly unlikely to be a software issue, otherwise there would be hundreds, if not thousands, of similar posts here.

I would start with a simple network refresh. Unplug all your Sonos devices from power, then reboot your router. Give the router a couple of minutes to reboot, then plug back in your Sonos devices. Give them a couple of minutes to reboot and reconnect, then test.

If this doesn’t work, I would recommend that you submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and network.
