It stops again and plays again back….Nothing were changed in my system : same router, no new speaker. It suddenly happens !i only use Apple Music, internet radio and SpotifyThank for your help and sorry for my bad English. I’m french speaking

I have two Moves, stereo paired.  The left one keeps cutting out for about 1 second (about once every 3 minutes or so, but sometimes it comes in bunches).  Has anyone encountered this?  Any potential solutions? This happens when on wifi and Airplay either from my iPad or iPhone.

How does the Android phone connect the Sonos Arc or Beam 2 soundbar to play the music?

Hello,I have Sonos speakers: 2 Play 1one, a Sub and a Playbar. I added the hardware called Port from Sonos so that my Sonos hardware communicates in AirPlay from Apple with my MacBook pro and my HomePod.Since the connection of this new material, the sound gets chopped when I use my speakers to listen to the sound of the television which is an LG OLED55C6V.AEK. Before the addition of this new material, I used the option: "Audio output (Optical/HDMI ARC)" of the television. The technician who installed the Port advised me to continue using this option. How should I set up my Sonos equipment so that the sound is heard clearly, without hatching? Thanks.

A year ago playing Spotify stopped playing on my Sonos system consistently, but without warning after a few songs. After trying everything that was advised on the boards at that time I discontinued using Spotify because Apple and Amazon and other sources never quit playing.A year later, I attempted to play recommended Spotify music and it says is playing after only a few songs. I am surprised the issue has not been resolved after two years on these boards. Any advice other than rebooting system, upgrading Wi-Fi, updating system, etc. because I have done all of those things, and Spotify continues to be a problem on the Sonos only.

I’m not sure if this is Bandcamp-specific or if it’s just a coincidence that it happens while I’m playing albums from Bandcamp. With some frequency, I will reach the end of a song and then...silence. If I try the controls, the app tells me it can’t connect to the system. I look for speakers and suddenly it doesn’t recognize any, or it will see one or two of them (never in the room I’m actually using). I haven’t noticed it happening when I’ve played things through Apple Music or Amazon Music, but that may just be coincidental. It’s frustrating to have all the speakers disappear when my wifi is still connected! (My router is set to do auto updates, so the firmware is up to date.) Any ideas what’s going on?

Hi everyone - first time post.  Just bought Sonos Arc and Sub Mini (room isn’t overly large - 20 ft x 16ft, and have young kids so super bass isn’t critical) with Black Friday (previously just using TB speakers).  I’m not very good with technology (hence the name) and have them just out of the box.  I’m having two issues that seems to be giving me problems: I have the arc and sub mini very close beside each other, maybe 6 ft apart max.  There is absolutely no issues with my Arc and the Wifi.  But half the time it won’t “find” the submini, and the sub mini will try to connect to my neighbours network.  I don’t know why it’s affecting one and not the other.  Has anyone encountered this?  I have a band new decent wifi modem, so not sure what’s up The arc and mini appear to work GREAT with TV/movies.  My wife is really into music and so we decided to put on Spotify - strangely the minisub will work, but it will be INCREDIBLY faint.  Changing the equalizer settings on the app doesn’t have i

I currently have the Arc + Sub + One SL’s in my living room. Recently picked up the Amp. I would like to run (2) pairs of speakers off of the Amp. One set in the garage and one set out on the deck. Plan on using a switch. My question is - when I set up the Amp and added it, the pair of speakers I had connected to the amp started playing the music I selected. But the TV audio stopped playing on the Arc. That being said, can I run audio to the deck / garage speakers while playing a movie / watching TV on the Arc in the living room? I don’t have the Amp connected to the TV. As I don’t need or want it for anything video. Just want a music source in those other areas of the house. But won’t want to stop someone from watching a movie or TV in the living room.

I recently purchased an LG G2 OLED TV (yet to be delivered\installed). My current set up in the Media Room is Arc, Sub, 2 Ones.  Since the LG G2 will be flush against the wall, from an aesthetic perspective I will be moving the Arc to another room as it will make my skin crawl seeing the Arc sticking out from below the LG G2.  I purchased two Sonos In-Wall Speakers and the Amp (yet to be delivered) to replace the Arc. 3 Questions belowIs anyone using the above configuration - two In-Wall, AMP, Sub and two Ones versus the Arc, Sub and 2 Ones and if so any significant difference?I plan to place the Amp in a closet near the TV which already has plugs, in wall HDMI cable, etc.  However, it was recommended to place the AMP in a Legrand ONQ Cable Management Box which will be installed behind the TV to host cables, outlets and apple TV.  I figured it will be easier for me to trouble shoot any issues if the AMP is in the closet and thus I don’t mind paying additional installation costs.  Shoul

Hi all thx in advance for any direction - My setup - Vizio m65-e0 4 HDMI inputs 1 being HDMI 2.0 ARC supported 2-4 only HDMI 1.4.Google chromecast HDSonos ArcThe Arc is plugged into HDMI 1 Chromecast is plugged into HDMI 4During setup of the sound bar everything seemed to go smoothly - the Arc connected to the tv without issue.  In the system menu - CEC - both the Arc and the Chromecast are recognized. If I leave the audio to tv speakers the Chromecast will play audio out of the tv and the Google remote will control the tv volume. If I disable tv speakers in the Vizio menu the the Chromecast controls the Sonos audio and the tv recognizes the the audio is going to a different source however the Sonos puts out no audio. The Sonos app says that the tv is playing audio and allows volume control that is recognized by the tv (displayed volume up or down)So it appears everything is communicating and controlling as expected however without the audio coming through the Arc.All firmware is up to da

I have an old iPOD Touch, 8 GB, which I have used for streaming Christmas music for years.  Well, it’s that time again….I updated some music files on the iPOD, but when I tried to cast from the iPOD to one of my three Sonos devices, the cast setting on the iPOD would revert back from the Sonos device to the iPOD setting.I’m using the latest system, S2, vs: 14.19The last two years, this has worked just fine, but something has changed.  My iPOD sees the Sonos devices on the network.  I have 2 ea Amps, and one (1) Playbase.Has anyone else had recent trouble streaming from Apple products to Sonos?

I have numerous Sonos products - playbars, subs, 1s, 5s - and several non-Sonos speakers connected through Sonos Connects.  Have all been working fine for years.  Lately, after starting system (TV or music) everything is fine for 10-15 mins, then the non-Sonos speakers develop a delay (stadium sounding echo).  The Speakers are Bowers & Wilkens run through a Rotel RMB-1 Amp and a Sonos Connect on each speaker pair / channel.  Any suggestions?

Why is user behaviour for Sonos Radio not configurable?I do not want Sonos radio first in the result list when searching for music. This is so very annoying, especially as it seems to be an intentionally marketing decision rather than a technical issue.Best regardsTomas

Hi, I have about 200.000 music tracks stored on my Synology NAS.I've read that the limit of files for each library is 65.000 so a created 7 different libraries with about 30-40.000 tracks in each. The system completed the index for the 2 first libraries but don't go further. How can I solve this issue? Or is the TOTAL files limited to 65.000 for ALL the libraries together?Thank you very much for your help!

I have had one heck of a time trying to get a family Sonos setup working. There are five people in my house, and my goal is to have each person’s Spotify account tied to their voice using Google’s Voice Match. This works well with the Google Home Mini devices in my Google Household. I have also (after many, many times trying to reconnect) been able to get two voices linked to my new Sonos system. However, when adding the third person I get the following error:Can’t add devicesAsk the person who set up these devices to add you to this home in the Google Home app. Check that you’re linking a consumer Google account and not a Google Workspace account. I can confirm that this person is added to the home in the Google Home app, and I can confirm that this is a consumer account. The only other instance of this error message I can find on the entire internet is this thread on the Sonos forum which leads me to believe this is a Sonos issue. Please, please help. Between this and the fact that I c

When I watch television using internal apps on my Sony A80J, the audio on the Sonos Arc sounds fine. The volume gets loud at 12-16. When I’m watching stuff on my Apple TV 4K, the audio on the Sonos seems to be lower in volume. An example would be when I watch Moon Knight on Disney+ on the ATV4K. I have to put the Sonos volume up to 40 to hear things. Why’s it do this?

I am putting together a 5.1 surround system using Arc SL, Sonos One’s, and subwoofer.  Since the One’s have microphones but the Arc SL does not, I understand that I can still use voice control--via Sonos voice, Alexa, or others.  Is this correct?  In other words, do I not need the Arc?  I am not sure how to set this up. Also, how do I configure separate Sonos configurations?  I want one for home theater (the 5.1 config mentioned above, and 4 other One’s for music throughout the house.

I had a Sonos Arc+Sub system in family room that was working pretty good (wifi connection). Since I liked the experience, I went ahead and bought 2 Sonos One and a Sonos Move for different areas of the house. I successfully added each to the App (all wifi Connections) and thats when the issue started. I now either see the room that has Arc or the room that has Sonos One. It seems to be random which one is displayed but I am not seeing all of them at the same time. The Wifi system in our house is LinkSys Velop Mesh system. I tried different things including wiring the Arc to the router and wiring the Sonos One to one of the Velop nodes. Still the same issue. I also tried restarting the router but it doesn’t seem to fix the problem. Any ideas?

I just bought a pair of one sl to go along with my existing beam. The beam is already set up for the tv, and i would like to use the two sl’s as surrounds. But, my priority is music, and a really want to have stereo sound for music. is it possible to do both? Seems like that’s not an unusual situation. I’veread other articles here and it seems like you can’t. That would be extremely disappointing. Has anyone found a way to figure this out?please help thanks!

I have owned a Sonos system for 5 years.  Never had a problem before today. My speakers are not connecting to Wifi and the app, as far as I can tell, does not let me change network settings unless it “invites” me to do so.  I have tried 10 times and failed to trigger the “learn more” message.  I attempted to just treat it as a new system setup, but nope, that won’t do the trick either.  After not finding my speaker it keeps prompting to try again.  I am stuck in a loop. Yes I updated my app.  Yes I updated my app permissions.  Yes I have power cycled my speakers.  Yes I have power cycled my Wifi. Yes I have tried on each speaker.  Yes I have moved the speaker.Anybody have any ideas?

I created a Sonos Playlist from some of my Amazon music last year.  When I go to play it, it skips tracks and there is a pop-up saying my Amazon account isn't authorized.  I reauthorize and play something else for a while.  When I go back later, 10 or 15 minutes,  same problem.  So I do the whole routine until I give up.  That is like 5 or more times.  I've had enough.  Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.

I recently bought a 2nd gen play 3 which is set up on the s2 app. I just today bought a 1st gen play 1 and play 3. They came with the little bridge item too. Is there a way i can connect all 3 of these items together and how. I’m struggling to even add the two 1st gen items to the s2 app setup I have with the 2nd gen play 3 right now!! Many thanks for any help

Hiive got a pair of Fives for music listening and have purchased an Arc and sub for tv in the same room. Just a question - if I wanted to move the sub between the two setups each time I use them would I need to redo Trueplay, or does it hold onto that tuning? Thanks

I have an Amp since a year and have been able to run it without problems. Last week I got 2 Sonos One and a Sonos Move and tried to add them to the system. The problem is that the new speakers ended up in a new system and the amp is in it’s own. I cannot choose which of the systems that I control with the app. It seems though as it depends on which of my mesh devices my phone is connected to but not sure about it. I cannot add the missing devices in either system as they will not be discovered. I can see that my amp is connected to my network over the 2,4Ghz band and the other speakers are on the 5Ghz band. Although strange, it seems that this may be the cause of the problem.Does anyone know how to combine my devices into one system?
