When I watch television using internal apps on my Sony A80J, the audio on the Sonos Arc sounds fine. The volume gets loud at 12-16. When I’m watching stuff on my Apple TV 4K, the audio on the Sonos seems to be lower in volume. An example would be when I watch Moon Knight on Disney+ on the ATV4K. I have to put the Sonos volume up to 40 to hear things. Why’s it do this?

Because the input level being fed to the TV is likely lower than the level being generated by the TV’s apps? Sonos doesn’t really ‘know’ what the source is, beyond the fact that it is coming from the TV set.
And how would you fix this?
I have the same exact issue. My Arc volume level has to be at 45 to even have a decent level of audio. The Playbar the Arc replace was significantly louder. Wish I knew how to fix.
