I’m not sure if this is Bandcamp-specific or if it’s just a coincidence that it happens while I’m playing albums from Bandcamp. With some frequency, I will reach the end of a song and then...silence. If I try the controls, the app tells me it can’t connect to the system. I look for speakers and suddenly it doesn’t recognize any, or it will see one or two of them (never in the room I’m actually using). I haven’t noticed it happening when I’ve played things through Apple Music or Amazon Music, but that may just be coincidental. It’s frustrating to have all the speakers disappear when my wifi is still connected! (My router is set to do auto updates, so the firmware is up to date.) Any ideas what’s going on?

Not offhand. It sounds odd. I would submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and network.
