Need help connecting

I am trying to connect my new Sonos one with limited success. I have the new sonos app and have followed the instructions to setting up my speaker countless times, but run into roadblocks when it can’t find my system or connect to my wife, even after my phone hears the chimes it plays but then my app cannot find the system. I have rebooted, company reseted and reseted the app multiple times as well but can’t make any progress.

Temporarily wire the One directly to your router with an ethernet cable and try to set up the One again in the Sonos app.
