I only bought my move 3 days ago and while it doesnt randomly play any music it randomly turns itself on after i've turned it off. My only concern is that it will jack up the battery life. Any way to fix this?

My configuration:• Television: Sony KD55AF8• BR: Sony UBP X-800• Sound: SONOS ARCHD FURY Arcana:• Firmware 0.82 V2• HDMI output: HDMI 3 (arc) SONY TV• eArc out: Original SONOS HDMI cable to SONOS ARC• HDMI input: HDMI from UBP X-800All HDMI cables are brand new, High SpeedUntil the day before yesterday I had sound with this configuration and I could watch TV, play DVDs and Bluerays WITH image and sound. Not anymore yesterday.What did I do next:• Arcana reset to factory settings. No result• Arcana and SONOS ARC disconnected from power for approximately one minute. No result.• Removed Arcana and connected SONOS ARC directly to HDMI3 (arc) from SONY AF8. Sound and images on television.Tried again this morning. Still no picture and sound. Hello ya’allI ordered two Era 100s as I wanted to add rear surrounds, and I have Arc and Sub gen3 currently.Although for sure it would be ideal to keep the two Era100s all the time, I will have to unplug them while they are not in use and store them away and just use Arc and the sub. As far as I understand, the Era100s will only receive signals for the rear channels if they are set as surrounds, but what will happen to Arc if I unplug Era 100s without unpairing them from Arc and store them away? Will Arc lose sounds that were assigned to Era 100s?Appreciate your advice!

I/ve been running into issues setting up my new Sub (gen 3) and Arc that I got this week. I was able to set up the Arc without any problems, but when I try to bond the sub to the arc I get an error message (unable to connect). This happens after I set up the sub, connect it to the wifi, and then try to associate the sub to the arc. I’ve tried resetting multiple times (requires a factory reset) and it just will not work. During the bonding process the sub status light goes from bright blinking white to solid dim white. The name of the arc after has a (+ ?) after it, and I can remove the sub. But can’t try re-adding it until I do another factory reset.I’m using eero pro 6. I’ve turned off client steering and also forced the network to be 2.4GHz temporarily and none of this helps.I just created a diagnostic report 765914184.I tried contacting Sonos support but they apparently don’t offer weekend support (for a $1500 product is quite surprising) and don’t appear to offer email support eith

Any idea what's wrong with the Sonos Android app? The landing "My Sonos" page is just a collection of blank boxes (screenshot attached). I've tried force stopping and restarting the app, as well as un/reinstalling, but get the same issue, making it unusable.  

Went away for a holiday for 10 days. Came back and everything seemingly was OK - Arc, Sub, and left One SL - except the right One SL, which has disconnected and I can't reconnect. App is useless "Make sure it's powered on'" (yep) "and connected to WiFi" (well it was when I went on holidays, now I don't get an option to reconnect it).The networking configuration with Sonos is nothing short of horrible.Is this a complete reboot and reconnect everything (yet again) situation?

Hello,I’ve had a Sonos Roam since 2021 but today for no apparent reason the USB charging port started to burn. We first noticed the room smelled increasingly of smoke, and when I checked the Roam the cable was hot and burned. The cable was hot at the wall side, too. I’m pretty sure it’s the original cable that came with the Roam.Has anyone else had this problem? It’s a bit concerning, out of the blue. Luckily we were home as I don’t know if it would eventually have caught fire.  Paul.

Hello,I am just going to buy One SL but would like to ask one thing. When I connect the new One SL only using an Ethernet cable to my network, is it necessary to have Bluetooth switched on on my phone, to use Sonos app to control the speaker? In other words - can I only have Wi-Fi switched on on the phone, to connect to my network and control speaker by app this way?Would you take such a test, please?Thanks in advance!

I have a Sonos One and a One SL. I have a compact home theater area (about eight feet wide, twelve feet front to back and floor to ceiling is about eight feet. I am thinking of getting a Beam and Sub Mini with the One and One SL as my rear speakers. Would this work as a home theater setup?

For my family room I have Beam + Sub tied via eARC to my OLED TV. Nearby is a Sonos One in the kitchen and a Sonos Five that I often “group” via the app so I can hear the TV in these other areas. Trouble is when we mute or change volume using the TV remote, the other devices remain independent and don’t change with Beam + Sub. Is there a way to get all these to be controlled by the TV remote? This is mainly for convenience, not having to open the app and manually adjust the grouped speaks.  I’m not interested in surround-sound bonding, just main audio from TV being controlled by TV remote. 

I have 2 Sonos One’s that I had been using. They worked great in stereo or in separate rooms. Everything worked great. I just received a Sonos Five (current gen) and hooked it up. Went through the installation process and now only the Ones show in the app. With some tinkering I got it so the Five showed up in the app but then the Ones weren’t. Now just the Ones are showing up again. I can airplay to all 3 with Apple Music but I can't do any configuration or grouping in my Sonos app without it showing up. Any thoughts?

Can i stream in stereo from my single FIVE (source Turntable Line in) to my stereo coupled ONE´s  in the kitchen and get stereo audio on the ONE´s (right now i can´t ...)

So my wife bought these Ikea sonos speaker, I am so f**king disappointed on Sonos system..The piece * does not intrergrate well the Google. So I have come to mind that I cannot control my Sonos speaker with Google. Thus I have a suboptimal solution….Now I have created a speaker group in the * App from Sonos and it worked well for one day. Spotify identified the speaker group. Now it doesn't find the speaker group. Is this an intended bug from Sonos to make life harder.So what's solution to theis bug…*Moderator Note: Modified in accordance with the Community Code of Conduct.*

I have just purchased a Sonos Project Turntable and I’m trying to connect it to my Era 300. I have used the cables provided and the RCA adapter provided. I had an RCA to USB in the house but it is generic and not from Sonos. When plugged in the turntable seems to be working but the Sonos app does not see anything under Line In. please can you help

My Panasonic 65” TV is connected to a Sonos soundbar plus subwoofer and play one surround sound speakers. the Panasonic TV remote has suddenly stopped controlling the volume on the speakers (it controls TV channels perfectly so it’s not a fault with the TV remote). The Sonos app controls the speaker volume perfectly so it’s not a problem with the speakers.  it’s a problem with the Sonos software. I have rebooted the TV a couple of times, but hasn’t made any difference.  what should I try next ?

My router is LINKSYS WRT1900ACS. It broadcasts 2.4G and 5G in different SSID. But the 5G SSID never shows up in the ERA 100 WIFI connection list. My ERA 100 works well with 2.4G, but it can't detect my 5G WIFI, and can't get connected by manually input.My other devices, ipad, computer detects and works well with my 5G WIFI.

We have a play 3 and two play 1’s for 9 years and have recently had a lot of issues with lost connections. I have turned off the power, left it for a few minutes then turned it back on and it connects. This is becoming really annoying. There are no issues with the hardware and the speakers still sound great. If it is time to replace them then my question is why would I replace with Sonos if it will only work for less than 10 years?

Is anyone else having an issue with the bottom part of the screen peeling off of their white Era 100? It looks like little cracks running vertically up the screen, starting where the screen merges with the base of the unit. Almost looks like peeling paint, but I’m not about to test that. Should I file an RMA? 

My Sonos Beam is connected to my Sony Bravia TV Via the HDMI arc and I connected my  Sony Blu Ray player via HDMI1 on my TV but the audio only plays the TV Speaker and not from Beam. 

I recently bought a pair of Sonos One SL. My HomePod was a disaster with frequent connection problems.I recognize the issues above and I have them with my pair of Sonos One SL as follows:Connection with my iPad and iPhone: Airplay connection can be made… but when I start a stream (Apple TV app or Apple Music App), the video starts and in case of Music the counter starts, but there is no audio. You can see the connection though Airplay indicated on the device, but after a few seconds the connection breaks and the audio starts playing through the iPad or iPhone speakers.I sometimes manage to get a working connection with audio after closing WiFi connection, restart of iPad/iPhone, but I did not find a solution that always works… A very strange behavior though… And… I can have a steady connection with Airplay from my Mac! So it is a problem with iOS / iPadOS for sure. Interesting; when my iPad does not play audio through my Sonos and I change the airplay setting from ‘Sonos’ to ‘My Macboo

Only about 50% of the time can I rely on Sonos to play items from my music library when I want it. Most often when it doesn’t work it’s because a software update has been posted, and that completely freezes the system until I apply the update.  Usually I lose my queue at that point, and often in addition I find music won’t play because my “server cannot be found” or because the controller can’t find the speakers, or both. This occurs constantly and it’s a HUGE inconvenience. Have a small system w/ 3 older speakers (A Play One and 2 Sonos Ones. One of the Ones had Alexa; but I have killed her.). I keep my personal music library on my desktop hard drive. My router is an Xfinity XB 7-T.A few days ago it was playing nicely but I paused play. When I went back to it, it would not play because it needed an update. After the update, it said it couldn’t find the server. The various contradictory “solutions” I find online to that issue don’t always immediately produce a fix. Two days haven’t sol
